Been living here for roughly three months and have been very happy. Requested maintenace twice already and they came within 48 hours and solved the problem fully. The trash service comes every single night without fail which is nice. Noise is almost never an issue and the amenties staff are super nice.

The leasing staff is very nice. Ms. Alvena has unlimited patience and is a very clear communicator. It was a joy working with them. The apartment itself is nice and spacious. On the other hand, the hallway stinks very badly. The staircase looks tore up. It almost looks haunted.

The community is good, they have all the amenities, the maintenance team is good, i have a wayer damage issue in my apartment and they get fixed it correctly on the same day. The people at the leasing office were very nice. Then best thing i like it that it has Spring Creek teail starting from the community to keep you closer to the nature.

Community is good and staff also good but the maintenance request is processed very slow and some times package theft happens as i have not opted to pay for luxer one even though mail box exist

Over 4 years. I've stayed for a reason. The pool is cool in the summer, there's a frontier cemetery outside my back door. There's a very large wooded area with walking/ bike trails. There's a gym to work out in.

Jordan at the front desk was extremely helpful and understanding during my move in! A couple things were broken when I first moved in, and when I filled a maintenance form they were both fixed within 24 hrs. The trails are nice and feel safe and my pups love the yard. The new pet safe turf even lets them play anytime without getting muddy. I would recommend this complex to others.

The benefits of living in this property is only in spite of its management. Whenever there is an issue (security gates and building locks always broken, TVs and outlets for gym machines broken, garage door locks needing reprogramming, no clear enforcement of trash policy), the leasing office would say one thing but no actual results to show for it until weeks or even months later. There's noticeably deteriorating amenities (gym) and even essential safety measures (gates, building locks) and less than optimal attention by the staff (they recently declared they won't open on Sundays while Saturdays still have shorter hours). At the same time they increased the amenity fees for the same facilities that offer lesser actual improvement or upkeep. The actual maintenance crew are nice individuals who get tasks done (that aren't irregular or emergency tasks that may be out of their control). I appreciate those folks when they show up.

Disruptive neighbors, no parking space, slow maintenance crew, dirty and stinky hallways, paper thin walls, people at the office are nice though, and also the reserve behind the apartments is pretty. Wouldn't recommend for the price they are charging.

Good afternoon, I hate to hear you're unhappy with Reserve. We have a new team and I hope within recent weeks you have seen mass improvement.
To new tenants of course the staff is nice (evidenced by the 5-star new and moved in reviews), but when there are issues, current tenants don't get their issues addressed. Have been a tenant since 2019. Even when ownership changed from ZRS to Bell Partners and noticed quality and communication from the leasing office had dropped considerably, I was patient with it as the location of the property was nice. However in the past couple years the Leasing office' staff communication has worsened. Whenever there is an issue (security gates and building locks always broken, TVs and outlets for gym machines broken, garage door locks needing reprogramming, clear enforcement of trash policy), the Leasing office would say one thing but no actual results to show for it until weeks or even months later. But they are always quick either to make promises or coldly repeat the policies without actually listening to validity of concerns. It's okay, I mean they have nice people in the office, they listen to you but they take to long to take action on maintenance request like 2 weeks, AND THERE IS NO MORE PARKING LOT SPACE! THAT IS CRAZY, They should have a sticker system or something. Other than that pretty nice place. So that is why the 3 stars, mostly because of the space.

I recently moved into Reserve at Spring Creek and have had a mixed experience. While most of the initial issues I encountered were resolved fairly quickly, one major issue remains unresolved—the dishwasher. From the time I moved in, it hasn’t been functional, and despite calling multiple times, I still haven’t been provided with an estimated time for its replacement. It’s been frustrating to go this long without a working dishwasher, especially with the lack of communication from management. The response to other problems was prompt, but this ongoing issue has significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I hope management improves their follow-up process and resolves this soon.

Flawless move in, very fast and fluid systems to move in and the apartment was in stellar condition. If you guys want some feedback or improvement, Id really appreciate being given like a little starter kit with like a singular toilet roll and some basic soap and detergent for those who are moving without furniture. (I would've loved it if I got them, and I heard some others do it)

First place moved out to, the location is great. Some issues are hard to overlook, such as the gates often not working, i think having FOBS would be really useful. The roaches show up multiple times a week and pest control does not know where they are coming from. Other than that the gym and the pool are great.

To start with my review I would like to say that the staff is really nice and helpful, they are always willing to help even if you see them kind of busy. I love that we have a natural reserve just a few steps from us! Perfect for a morning walk with the dog or just to relax. Just a downside, limited parking spots near our apartment.

I've stayed 4 years so I must like it. Any maintenance issues are resolved immediately and staff are great. The property is surrounded by trees and beautiful park. There's even a historical marker and frontier graveyard on property. The pool is cool

We love this space, we just wish management and maintenance would be upfront about timelines and getting things fixed. We had some issues we were told would be fixed the next week (multiple weeks in a row). It takes months to get anything fixed if it does get fixed.

Very nice place to live in. Everything seems to be well maintained and since the application to the move-in date everything was well organized. All equipment in gym and club house seems to be in very good shape. And I love it has easy access to the trail.
