Nice experience and amenities. Lots of dead bugs throughout the hallways of the apartment buildings, some work could be done to clean/sweep up these areas.
Community is good and staff also good but the maintenance request is processed very slow and some times package theft happens as i have not opted to pay for luxer one even though mail box exist

This property has declined horribly since the new management took over. I would break my lease tomorrow if it was an option. I just hope to get to the end of my lease without the incompetent management leaving my apartment/garage unsuecured…again.

Great place to live. Fairly quiet. Hopefully they won't ever try and share the parking lot with the neighboring property again. That was a complete nightmare and totally mishandled.

Over 4 years. I've stayed for a reason. The pool is cool in the summer, there's a frontier cemetery outside my back door. There's a very large wooded area with walking/ bike trails. There's a gym to work out in.

Jordan at the front desk was extremely helpful and understanding during my move in! A couple things were broken when I first moved in, and when I filled a maintenance form they were both fixed within 24 hrs. The trails are nice and feel safe and my pups love the yard. The new pet safe turf even lets them play anytime without getting muddy. I would recommend this complex to others.

The benefits of living in this property is only in spite of its management. Whenever there is an issue (security gates and building locks always broken, TVs and outlets for gym machines broken, garage door locks needing reprogramming, no clear enforcement of trash policy), the leasing office would say one thing but no actual results to show for it until weeks or even months later. There's noticeably deteriorating amenities (gym) and even essential safety measures (gates, building locks) and less than optimal attention by the staff (they recently declared they won't open on Sundays while Saturdays still have shorter hours). At the same time they increased the amenity fees for the same facilities that offer lesser actual improvement or upkeep. The actual maintenance crew are nice individuals who get tasks done (that aren't irregular or emergency tasks that may be out of their control). I appreciate those folks when they show up.

Disruptive neighbors, no parking space, slow maintenance crew, dirty and stinky hallways, paper thin walls, people at the office are nice though, and also the reserve behind the apartments is pretty. Wouldn't recommend for the price they are charging.

Good afternoon, I hate to hear you're unhappy with Reserve. We have a new team and I hope within recent weeks you have seen mass improvement.
To new tenants of course the staff is nice (evidenced by the 5-star new and moved in reviews), but when there are issues, current tenants don't get their issues addressed. Have been a tenant since 2019. Even when ownership changed from ZRS to Bell Partners and noticed quality and communication from the leasing office had dropped considerably, I was patient with it as the location of the property was nice. However in the past couple years the Leasing office' staff communication has worsened. Whenever there is an issue (security gates and building locks always broken, TVs and outlets for gym machines broken, garage door locks needing reprogramming, clear enforcement of trash policy), the Leasing office would say one thing but no actual results to show for it until weeks or even months later. But they are always quick either to make promises or coldly repeat the policies without actually listening to validity of concerns. With noticeably deteriorating amenities (gym) and even essential safety measures (gates, building locks) and less than optimal attention by the staff (they recently declared they won't open on Sundays while Saturdays still have shorter hours), the benefits of living in this property is only in spite of its management. Would advise current and future tenants that it's nice apartment property but you'd have to be proactive and assertive in taking care of any issues as the leasing office is inconsistent and unreliable. Before I get the usual "please reach out to us", note that I have talked to the leasing office and management. Only property manager Tricia has been consistent in acting on the issues

It's okay, I mean they have nice people in the office, they listen to you but they take to long to take action on maintenance request like 2 weeks, AND THERE IS NO MORE PARKING LOT SPACE! THAT IS CRAZY, They should have a sticker system or something. Other than that pretty nice place. So that is why the 3 stars, mostly because of the space.

I recently moved into Reserve at Spring Creek and have had a mixed experience. While most of the initial issues I encountered were resolved fairly quickly, one major issue remains unresolved—the dishwasher. From the time I moved in, it hasn’t been functional, and despite calling multiple times, I still haven’t been provided with an estimated time for its replacement. It’s been frustrating to go this long without a working dishwasher, especially with the lack of communication from management. The response to other problems was prompt, but this ongoing issue has significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I hope management improves their follow-up process and resolves this soon.

Flawless move in, very fast and fluid systems to move in and the apartment was in stellar condition. If you guys want some feedback or improvement, Id really appreciate being given like a little starter kit with like a singular toilet roll and some basic soap and detergent for those who are moving without furniture. (I would've loved it if I got them, and I heard some others do it)

First place moved out to, the location is great. Some issues are hard to overlook, such as the gates often not working, i think having FOBS would be really useful. The roaches show up multiple times a week and pest control does not know where they are coming from. Other than that the gym and the pool are great.

Just moved in so I have not experienced everything that this place to has to offer. That being said, the rooms are nice. Staff is responsive. Seems safe. Not bad, not bad at all.

To start with my review I would like to say that the staff is really nice and helpful, they are always willing to help even if you see them kind of busy. I love that we have a natural reserve just a few steps from us! Perfect for a morning walk with the dog or just to relax. Just a downside, limited parking spots near our apartment.

I've stayed 4 years so I must like it. Any maintenance issues are resolved immediately and staff are great. The property is surrounded by trees and beautiful park. There's even a historical marker and frontier graveyard on property. The pool is cool

We love this space, we just wish management and maintenance would be upfront about timelines and getting things fixed. We had some issues we were told would be fixed the next week (multiple weeks in a row). It takes months to get anything fixed if it does get fixed.

Very nice place to live in. Everything seems to be well maintained and since the application to the move-in date everything was well organized. All equipment in gym and club house seems to be in very good shape. And I love it has easy access to the trail.

The management is really helpful and cooperative. The apartment is very nice and spacious. The only downside is that there are no elevators. The shops are not at a walking distance, but one can always deliver online.

Great place, one bad thing! They don't have enough parking space for all the car in the complex:( too much reserve parking spots that cost a lot

Great property, attentive staff. Just wish they would do more about not picking up after their pets. It's really bad. Literally no clean grass in the property.

Spacious Living Spaces: My apartment was not only stylishly designed but also incredibly spacious. The open floor plan allowed for seamless entertaining, while the ample storage space ensured that everything had its place.

My husband and I love our home here! Being right off the spring creek trails is great. It can be frustrating to get a hold of staff and any maintenance request takes months to get looked at, if even acknowledged. There are new facility members so hopefully that helps! A lot of residents don’t respect the area and trash gets left everywhere. There are currently many mushrooms, a half stalk of celery, and other remnants of garbage that we have to walk over on the stairs to get to our place. My last downer is the mail room. We pay for a locker and things still get thrown on the ground. These are all annoying things, but not deal breakers in comparison to the plus side. Just good to be aware of as one moves in. We still love this place!

I've lived at Reserve at Spring Creek from the very beginning and care deeply about this community. Through all the changes that have occurred over the years, the one thing that stands out to me is the staff. Over all good staff could be better nice area. Parking is a bit of a struggle as if you are late you have to walk a lot to your apartment especially if you live in building 8-10

Maintenance and Leasing Office should either fix something quick or else update residents quick. They did none of that this time. I will update with better rating if they show improvement next time. In detail: maintenance took over 3 weeks to fix the lock in my garage. It was due to a combination of staff turnaround but most importantly the lack of communication & follow-up as the only times I got an update was when I had to go to the leasing office in person. It was only at over the 3-week point when they actually called me proactively with an update.

Had a great experience. Quiet and safe. I've been here over 3 years and enjoy the area. There's a park with walking trails through the parking lot.
Love the community and the amenities. Matt in the office is awesome. Maintenance could use some improvement but things do eventually get fixed.
The community is very peaceful and good. I am enjoying living here and all the amenities are a plus. we also have a jog trail and the fitness centre is amazing.
Great place to live in. The leasing office people are very nice. Very animal friendly. Easy access points for the trails. Overall very friendly community.
