The amenities are fantastic — a great gym with lots of equipment, cardio machines, and free weights — a rooftop pool that is so refreshing in the summer — great community spaces for working or hanging out — and awesome events that the staff plans. My husband and I moved from across the country, driving almost 24 hours straight and arrived to RESA completely exhausted but so excited for this new adventure. Jordan and Deon kindly directed us to the loading zone, got us all setup with our keys, answered all of our silly questions and secured the freight elevator for a smooth move-in process. Everyone on the team we have met so far has been incredibly kind and supportive. They are FABULOUS! Our tired brains led us into a minimal setback, but Wade quickly jumped in and assisted! We have already fallen in love without new home and are so excited to jump in and get to know the whole RESA team and new neighbors! Renting site unseen is SCARY, but we know we made the right decision to move to RESA!

I love the common areas, and how nice the staffs and residents are. The maintenance team is also very responsive and get the work done quickly and professionally. My only "complaint" is that the (free) coffee does not include an espresso option.

RESA is a great place to live. I really love the building, the community, and it feels like home. The management team does a great group organizing events for residents, which have been so fun to attend. Also, a huge shoutout to the maintenance team, who are fantastic.
Everything was very smooth and quick, which was awesome, because we had an unusually quick turnaround for signing, and moving our apartment. Wade was particularly accommodating in getting everything pushed through in a single day, and we are very grateful!

I’ve been enjoying my time at RESA. It’s a great community, the amenities are nice, and the staff and management are friendly. There’s still a good amount of construction in the area between roads being worked on and a possible other structure going up on M Street, so that’s just one thing that creates a bit more noise and activity in the area. One thing I wish there was more of was green space outside for pets. I don’t have a pet, but I think that could help a lot with pets needing to go to the bathroom right outside of the main entrance on the walkway.

The building is great, and the staff are very helpful. The gym is excellent and amenities are good. Security around the building can be improved though, as there have been several instances of shootings right in front of the building.

Resa is amazing! The facilities are great and the staff is always friendly. I love the rooftop and the pool, the building has great communal areas. Within the apartment, appliances are updated and very nice. Hallways are wonderful and peaceful .

The concierge team is amazing and always responsive and helpful. The management team is okay, but they aren't always responsive with inquiries and seem to change staff frequently. Unfortunately, rent continues to climb, despite safety issues in the area plummeting with no clear reasons for why rent continues to increase every year. This is clearly a Bozzuto issue, but I just wish there was something management could do to help.

This building is amazing and spacious but if your in a unit with a balcony you will here the guys that stand on the block every night yelling. Nobody tells them to quiet down or move and management does not seem to care. Its honestly strange that they don't do anything about this or at least enforce DC noise ordinances.

RESA so far has been great. Amenities are well taken care of, packages are always in a secure spot, staff is kind and helpful! I love all the events RESA puts on. The only thing I could complain about is the noise in the area but that has nothing to do with the building and more so with the neighborhood the construction. I will note that the windows are great at keeping noise out.

Great building and great concierge and maintenance staff! I wish the area was nicer, but I love my apartment. It is also close to most everything in DC which is very convenient.

Mercedez the concierge never fails to entertain and always willing to addressany issue on the spot, even if that means calling for help. Ty has been top teir with maintenance. At one point I swear he was the only person working lol. Both Crystal and Jada are super responsive. The team really tries to make this a great place to live. Sad that I'm moving out soon but ready to leave city life behind.

I’ve really been enjoying RESA! The whole team is incredible, the amenities are great, and the location is nice. The maintenance team has been especially helpful and responsive. Plus, for my birthday Bozzuto got me a gift card! That is quality resident service/experience right there.

I recently moved into a 1BR apartment and I'm thrilled! The staff has been excellent from the first discussion. The modern design is refreshing, with a clean space and an open-concept kitchen. Natural light floods the space through large windows. The bathroom is sleek, and the bedroom is spacious with a generous closet. Plus, amenities like a gym and rooftop lounge and pool make it even better with a view of the capitol. Highly recommend!

I totally recommend Resa. The building itself and the amenities make this the perfect place where to live. Also, you will have the subway and a very good connection with NY Ave in case you need to drive to Maryland to work.

I've been living here about two months now in an upper floor unit on the inside of the building. Because of this, I hear effectively zero construction noise or sounds from the restaurant below, though some of the people in the lower floors or outside units have told me that can be distracting. The building's lobby and lounge are very nice, and so is the pool deck. The entryway right now is a little chaotic because of the construction next door, it can be hard for visitors to find their way into the building. The front desk is generally polite and helpful, with one or two people who really go the extra mile, though there is also one who strikes me as flat rude. My apartment itself has been great- no complaints except for a couple maintenance fixes that were addressed fast. For the price, it's a very nice building, and I'd be happy to stay provided the rent doesn't spiral too high.

I have lived at Resa for the last six months or so, I’ve really enjoyed my time here and love the concierge staff. The common areas are cleaned consistently and always in great condition. Any maintenance issues that come up are dealt with quickly and with a friendly attitude. The staff is amazing and will take great care of you.

My stay here has been nice so far. Resa is fairly quiet and has a calm environment. Maintenance is quick and the hallway is always smelling fresh.

Everything is going well so far! I just moved in and the community is very kind and helpful. The location is great and close to a pharmacy and grocery store.

I’ve loved living here for the past year. The rooftop pool, common areas, gym, laundry room, are all great additions to where I live. I also love the cleanliness of the apartment complex. I love the people who live here who are all friendly and have awesome pets. The walls are pretty thick too so noise is not an issue. However, maintenance needs significant improving. We had repeated issues with mice that were not properly addressed (I had to close holes myself before they eventually took out our cabinets after 4 months of issues). The garage, elevator, and trash shoot are constantly undergoing maintenance and I don’t understand why they can’t just fix it once and be done with it. Also, the surrounding neighborhoods do not feel safe and there are not many outdoor spaces nearby that are walkable, nor are there choices for restaurants, grocery, fast food, etc. I’ve loved my past year here but will not be continuing my lease.

the RESA is okay, the facilities could be better managed but I dont think this is a staff problem, I think it's an issue with bozzuto. for example, there are sewage/water issues. also, closing the roof at 11 pm is annoying, it should be 24 hours like the gym.

The attention to the residents is very poor, some concierges think that they are the most important element of the equation, almost that you owe them a favor for living here.
