I’ve lived here for the past 4 years, and overall, it’s been an okay experience — not amazing, not terrible. The location is convenient, and the apartment itself has decent space and layout. Maintenance is responsive and Matt works super hard, though sometimes it takes a couple of follow-ups to get things fully resolved. However, over time I noticed the building could use some updates — common areas aren’t always well-kept, and sometimes noise from neighbors or the parking lot can be an issue. Rent increases each year were expected but still a bit frustrating, especially considering the amenities didn’t really improve. In short, it’s been a decent place to live, but I’m ready to move on and hope the next spot offers a bit more for the price

This community Renew Foothills is a wonderful and very inclusive environment and very nice community. The dog park is easily accessible as well as the gym. The residents I’ve met in passing and while cooking at the patio area are very friendly!! So excited to be a resident here :)

The apartment is just ok. Units are mid tier, not many amenities that make the price worth it. The walls are also paper thin meaning that if your neighbors are anything more than quiet, you'll hear everything they're doing. There's also NO storage space. So, good luck if you have anything at all. Trying to manage the closet space was enough to convince me not to move.

I have really enjoyed living here (for the second time! That’s how much I like it!) everyone in the office is beyond helpful and listen to any concerns and maintenance is quick and efficient. There are fun events and appreciation for residents. The grounds are always well taken care of and clean.

The maintenance team is very responsive and helpful with whatever happens. However, the neighbors are extremely loud. Additionally, the office is not very responsive to emails. The apartments are adequate but are not as updated and nice as seen in the model unit. The insulation is greatly lacking as it is 20 degrees colder next to the walls or doors. The "balcony" and/or "porch" are guaranteed to be under the stairs and undesirable due to the way the complex is set up.

Consistent free food at the office! The maintenance crew has always extremely hardworking. The staff have always been really kind. We've been able to renew for multiple years which has made life much easier.

I really enjoy the location. It is close to restaurants and the grocery store. I also enjoy how pet friendly it is. I love seeing all of the pets walking around the complex.

If you live 1st or 2nd floor of this apartment complex, then you'd better hope your neighbors above you are considerate cause the floors are VERY squeaky and audible. You will hear every single foot step, including animals. Expensive for a very old building but great location and helpful folks running the place. Sketchy folks dumpster diving at night but seem mostly harmless so far.

Overall good experience. Great location— near grocery stores, schools, restaurants, parks and activities. They’ve gotten a lot better about enforcing people picking up after their dogs, which is awesome! The grounds are well-kept.

I have only had positive experiences with Renew. This is the only place I have lived where they actively seek to develop community. They are quick to respond to work orders and clearly work to make it a nice place to live.

Overall good place to live. Some people can be very annoying and rude. I have neighbors that don't belive in leash for there dogs and tends to make me feel uncomfortable when walking my dog. Also tend to have some noise related issues with some of the residents that don't understand that people have work at 6am.

The apartments are clean, the community feels safe, and the area is well-maintained. It can get a little loud, but I came in with that expectation at an apartment complex. The quality of the apartments are better than other complexes I have stayed at in the area.

Building is not well made, especially the floor is not flat, super thin and squeaky. Also the lighting can be better, there is no light bulb in the master bedroom and a large space in living room. However, I give 3 because the neighbor and the front desk people are nice.

Everything has been amazing. Our unit was clean and updated and the staff is super friendly and do tons of different events throughout the month. The location of our apartment is directly next to a grocery store and bus stop which is extremely beneficial.

The staff are helpful and maintance is hard working and responsive. There's lots of free food days and overall the apartments themselves are nice!

Pretty good experience! Excellent property management is hard to find. Friendly staff, great location near stores and schools. Relatively quiet for apartment life based on our previous experiences (we’re in a top floor unit.)

Decent apartment complex with decent amenities. Grounds are kept pretty clean and maintenance is fairly quick when it comes to fixing an issue (depending on the issue) The only big downfalls are the prices of rent and that people drive dangerously fast down the main street of Orchard constantly.

The community is real nice and people tend to be respectful. This place feels safe even during the holidays when people order tons of stuff. You don't have to worry about things getting stolen.

ReNew Foothills has been my home for about a month now and I will say it's a pretty peaceful neighborhood with great staff here to run the complex! It was a very different environment from where we came from, but my roommate and I have definitely made our new place feel like home even after just living here for a month now.
