My experience has been wonderful so far, everyone in the leasing office is so kind and helpful. I always get a quick response to my Maintenace requests, and they do a great job at communicating.
Staff and Maintenance crew are really nice, The location is perfect for Metro commuters to the DMV. newly renovated Gym with new equipment. Just wished the Pool could remain open longer.
I am thrilled to be renewing my lease here at Regents Park for another year. The community is safe, friendly and the staff is amazing! Not to mention the location, everything I need is within a 5 mile radius and I love that!

I picked Regent's Park because of the location first. For a GMU student, the complex is near the uni's shuttle bus. It's also near other public transportation options, supermarkets and green space. But Regent's goes beyond my expectation, with their well-maintenance gym, pool, and other amenities. It's also a nice neighborhood. You have trees, fountain, friendly people walking their dogs all day. It's also quiet. I would totally recommend Regent's!

We were scrambling to find a new place after our original place fell through on the day we were supposed to move in. Regent’s Park, and especially Enann, were so accommodating. Getting us into a tour straight away and efficiently preparing all the paperwork so that we could move-in within 24 hours. We are so grateful, and the property is beautiful! Maintenance is always timely. They have come the next day I submit a request. However, there are a lot of bugs in the apartment and guest parking policy is inconvenient

The rent is relatively high considering thr condition of the house. I live on the first floor, but there is a little light. There is a bin for dog waste right in front of my home. It sometimes cause unpleasant situation.

I am disappointed with the management here. I sent my renter’s insurance via email as requested, but they failed to upload it into their system. Now, I’m being charged monthly, and disputing it has been difficult. The insurance requirements are unnecessarily high; my existing policy wasn’t accepted, which feels excessive. Staff are unhelpful and lack knowledge, and the billing system is unreliable. I was told one price when I moved in, but unexpected charges appeared, including a processing fee for utilities, which makes no sense. There are too many hidden fees and unnecessary costs in this apartment, making it frustrating and expensive to live here. Overall, poor management and communication make this a disappointing experience.

It's great. Staff is helpful. Good location. Older building but thays not usually a problem. Gym is recently updated. Nice pool. Parking can be difficult for guests.

It is a centrally located apartment complex very close to the Vienna metro stop. It’s easy to get to by I66 and it is a really safe area. Our layout and appliances are modern and it doesn’t feel like an Apartment. Rent is a bit pricey but if you want Metro access, it is a good bet. I recommend it to friends. We are runners and there are many green spaces we use to stay fit.

Regent's Park has been a perfect place to live! I feel very safe walking at night from the metro across the street, and the key-fob entry to my building adds another layer of security. My apt layout is beautiful and the high ceilings make me feel like I'm living in a much bigger space and add a lot of class. Great updated appliances and faucets. Two cons so far: the paint throughout the house is matte and therefore very easy to scuff and leave marks on, and the power will go out for a few seconds almost every time it rains or snows (even lightly), which is rather annoying

So far our experience here has been good! Maintenance helped fixed a pipe issue super quick and they patched up the wall so well you never would have known there was an issue!

I love this community, but some of the buildings are older, so noise is a bit bothersome, especially from the outside and upstairs. Otherwise, I love my apt and staff.

I have lived there for around 5 years. Overall good. The maintaince team is pretty responsible and always take actions in a short time. And the gym just got renewed.

Our resident experience is going well. Was a little sad the gym opened up later than it was originally planned but I love it. Glad we renewed our lease!

I've been living at Regents Park Apartments for six months, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The atmosphere is pleasant, with a peaceful environment and well-maintained surroundings. One of the major benefits is the close proximity to the Vienna Metro Station, making it ideal for employees who commute by metro. Additionally, the area is rich in greenery, providing plenty of fresh air and a good amount of oxygen from the trees, which enhances the living experience.

Beautiful community! Great amenities, friendly neighbors! Should have given partial refund to the residents for the gym being unavailable for an extended period. Need more events to celebrate the community.

I’ve been here for a little over a month so far. I don’t have any complaints. The staff here are very professional and communicate so well with the residents. The location is safe and comfortable. It is quiet here, the grounds are well maintained, and there’s always parking available. I enjoy being here and feel at home.

Great staff, great location. Shopping center within walking distance, i66 right off the exit ramp. 495 is close by. Very nicely kept. Highly recommend

Leasing agents are very knowledgeable and professional. The complex itself is very quiet (which is a good thing). The gym is currently under renovations and will be completed supposedly in November.
