The seasons really do show in this community , all the pink trees in the spring and winter lights in the winter, I can’t wait to experience the summers here because it truly is nice .

The rent is relatively high considering thr condition of the house. I live on the first floor, but there is a little light. There is a bin for dog waste right in front of my home. It sometimes cause unpleasant situation.

I am disappointed with the management here. I sent my renter’s insurance via email as requested, but they failed to upload it into their system. Now, I’m being charged monthly, and disputing it has been difficult. The insurance requirements are unnecessarily high; my existing policy wasn’t accepted, which feels excessive. Staff are unhelpful and lack knowledge, and the billing system is unreliable. I was told one price when I moved in, but unexpected charges appeared, including a processing fee for utilities, which makes no sense. There are too many hidden fees and unnecessary costs in this apartment, making it frustrating and expensive to live here. Overall, poor management and communication make this a disappointing experience.

My family is fully enjoying of community area, aminities, surrounding parks and particulary the kids playground. The schools located to this area are the top ranked in the VA.

It's great. Staff is helpful. Good location. Older building but thays not usually a problem. Gym is recently updated. Nice pool. Parking can be difficult for guests.

It is a centrally located apartment complex very close to the Vienna metro stop. It’s easy to get to by I66 and it is a really safe area. Our layout and appliances are modern and it doesn’t feel like an Apartment. Rent is a bit pricey but if you want Metro access, it is a good bet. I recommend it to friends. We are runners and there are many green spaces we use to stay fit.

Regent's Park has been a perfect place to live! I feel very safe walking at night from the metro across the street, and the key-fob entry to my building adds another layer of security. My apt layout is beautiful and the high ceilings make me feel like I'm living in a much bigger space and add a lot of class. Great updated appliances and faucets. Two cons so far: the paint throughout the house is matte and therefore very easy to scuff and leave marks on, and the power will go out for a few seconds almost every time it rains or snows (even lightly), which is rather annoying

So far our experience here has been good! Maintenance helped fixed a pipe issue super quick and they patched up the wall so well you never would have known there was an issue!

Great staff, great location. Shopping center within walking distance, i66 right off the exit ramp. 495 is close by. Very nicely kept. Highly recommend

Leasing agents are very knowledgeable and professional. The complex itself is very quiet (which is a good thing). The gym is currently under renovations and will be completed supposedly in November.

I absolutely loved my apartment home at Regents Park! Every room was so spacious and the updated kitchen made it feel like we weren’t even living in an apartment community. I can not say enough good things about the front office staff. They are all so nice and welcoming

The leasing office is friendly and always willing to answer questions. Maintenance is prompt to respond to requests. Amenities are decent. Close walk to metro station. Walls are thin - can easily hear neighbors. Rent increases every year.

My partner and I love our apartment at Regent's Park. The top floor unit in the garden-style apartments gives a great view and also eliminates excess noise. The maintenance team is always prompt to fix things and the staff are very responsive!

Everyone in the leasing office is very accommodating, I haven't had any issues while living here and whenever a ticket gets submitted it gets taken care of immediately. I have loved living here the past 2 years and look forward to 1 more year

Regent’s Park is a nice apartment complex. The apartments are laid out well. Amenities are nice. I do wish community events were scheduled at more convenient times. If you work a 9-5, it’s almost impossible to make it to events. They also always seem to end before the scheduled stop time. I would also like to see more frequent recycling pickups. Maintenance is okay. They’re responsive, but it sometimes takes multiple requests to get something fixed.
