Regal Court Apartments

The apartment and staff are all very good, the staff cares about doing a good job. The walls on the apartments are also good. I don't really ever hear my neighbors at all.

We love living here. Spacious, well-kept and recently renovated apartments in Dallas, you can't beat it.

Everything has been amazing since the moment we decided to stop by and check stuff out. The entire staff is extremely professional yet very friendly and welcoming. The apartments are amazing! Very proud to call this home for my family.

I have lived here for two years and this was absolutely the best managed property I have ever lived in before. To start off, the management is solid. The pool is great; it's also never too loud and family friendly but still has a relaxed atmosphere. The gym was recently refurbished. It's more than a basic apartment gym, but less than what a normal gym would have. Overall I highly recommend.

I've been a resident for over a year. We enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and taking our daughter to the playground. I know there's been a lot of positive changes at this property. The clubhouse is being renovated and such a delightful staff.

Regal Courts apartments are located at the end of a small no-outlet drive off of a busy street [Preston rd] that is always packed with traffic. The apartment complex consists of two exit driveways at each of the complex and two entrances in the middle of the complex. Only one entrance is available for use because the second entrance only opens with a remote and the management stopped issuing them out. Parking is plentiful with covered and uncovered spots also available for reservation. However, the complex has a very small quantity of visitor parking. There is a rectangular mid-size pool located behind the management office underneath a handful of tall trees. The pool is always well maintained and the pool furniture is outdated but in good condition. You can expect to find families and young children in the pool most afternoons. Their is a fitness center located inside the management office but inconveniently only open during office hours. The apartment complex is calm for the most part, during the day you can find people going for walks and walking their dogs and during the night you occasionally hear a few shouts and laughter but it never lasts too long. Inside the apartment the structure is well maintained and the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are a bit outdated but noticeably touched up. The electric wiring is disappointing, covered in paint and noticeably outdated it always malfunctions one way or another. Sadly, the apartment complex has a serious roach problem. When I first moved in, the kitchen was infested with roaches left and right. I struggled to get it clean and I even called to get it fumigated but that wasn't enough. I took some advice online and applied a strong self-fumigator which dragged all of the roaches out at once, down to the smallest one. Seeing all of the roaches at once, I would estimate they were about 30-40. After cleaning up, I didn't see another roach for a good week but once I began bringing food out again I would see a few once in a while. I made an effort to keep the food completely sealed at all times and then they disappeared for good. That is, until I began seeing a couple in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom but other than that it was a huge improvement. In summary, the apartments are a bit outdated but overall well maintained. If they put a bit more effort into touching up the electric wiring and fumigating better then they would have themselves a good place to call home.
