Everyone is welcome in this 55+ cooperative, it's a wonderful place to be part of a caring community that understands the importance and value of joint ownership of the property and works together to keep it running well along with the professionally hired management company. There are 10 different styles of units, There are 97 membership shares and each one is linked to a specific unit. To live here you would purchase a membership share from a current member/owner who has listed their share for sale. You would then become a 1/97th member/owner of the Realife Co-op of W. St. Paul! We currently have a waiting list however, we encourage anyone interested to tour the building and get on the waitlist.
