Ravensworth towers is an exceptional place to live. I am overjoyed my the warm welcome I have received from other tenants, leasing office staff, and maintenance staff. The views are fantastic and the location provides easy walking distance to parks, a library, groceries, restaurants, pharmacies, and corner stores. There are a few areas for improvement. It would be nice if individual water shutoffs were installed for each unit so my water was not interrupted whenever plumbing maintenance was done on neighboring units. Though the maintenance staff works hard, they often must rush through their repairs, leaving metal plates instead of tile in showers or crooked toilets, to mitigate the impact on neighboring units.

Overall, it has been a very good experience living here. It’s been about a month and we’ve enjoyed using the different amenities including the gym and dog park and pool. Communication from management is prompt and so helpful when we have any concerns or questions. We’re looking forward to the monthly community events and we love the location of Ravensworth as it is convenient to everywhere we need to go.

The quality of this building has gone down under new management and the new maintenance team. My A/C doesn't work in the summer, the nearby apartments must be filthy because we have had to deal with mice and ants multiple times in the last few years. The community has a no-smoking policy yet the building constantly reeks of weed. I had my dishwasher "fixed" last year and it ended up flooding my living room due to being improperly installed. Now my washing machine is broken and the maintenance team told me it was "supposed to work like that". I am looking to move out as soon as I possibly can.

Where to begin! The hot water has gone out multiple times in the past month! Our heater stopped working! The maintenance staff are hilariously bad. They are under-educated for the amount of issues within the building leaving you without any solutions or explanations. The Maintenance staff will show their face and leave with temporary solution and before you know it your facing the same issue OVER and over becuse they don't bother to provide permanent fix. We can go on and on about the issues in this building but over all total disappointment.

As a resident since this past April, I am content with the location of the apartment to what matters to me: family, doctors, shopping. And also the floor plan. I really wish for the price the apartments were actually luxury with granite counters, ADA compliment toilet heights, cabinets that the stain wont rub off on your hand, washer and dryer that work properly and arent from the 90s.

Cozy apartments, good price for the location and moving in was super easy. Utilities are set up right away and misty billed with the rent which is convenient. Landscaping is beautiful, aside from traffic its quiet and people are friendly.

My fiance lived here 5 years ago and enjoyed her time here. She moved out and we lived a couple of places but we were looking for a new place this year while we finish up saving for a house. Since we moved in on May 7th, we have had to fix: 1. The Dishwasher 2. The Toilet 3. A window 4. Our bathtub Our Bathtub has been "repaired" 3 times now (the third time will actually be next weekend). It also does not drain effecitively and we were lied to by maintenance and told it was because of how the bathtub was sealed. When I spoke to the person sealing the tub, they said this was not true and we were told it was actually the plumbing and they would never fix it. We reached out to a property manager and received this response (Can provide screenshots): "All of the tubs have the same issue. It is not likely that we will replace the tub as if we install a new tub it will have the same pooling issue due to the way the plumbing is for the tubs. " So beware moving in here; your bathtub will NOT work and they will lie to your face about it.

Pet friendly, spacious apartments that are conveniently located to the Beltway, doctors & hospital as well as shopping.
l have been a resident of Ravensworth Towers for 20-1/2 years. I have always considered this my home. I think apartments should be updated for present tenants -- for example bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, appliances that are old. These things should be done to improve the apartment and not wait until they fall apart.
It is a pleasure living here. The staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. Thank you very much.

The management staff is polite and quick to respond to any potential issues. They have been quick to adapt to the changing environment that Covid-19 created and make sure the community feels a little safer.
I'm so happy to be at Ravensworth Towers. It is covenient to stores, church, the post office, etc. The staff is attentive and quick to respond to both service and personal requests. The residents are both diverse and friendly - all ages, from toddlers to seniors. The building and grounds are clean and well kept. I suspect Ravensworth Towers were THE luxury apartments in Annandale. The apartments are large and have all the expected amenities. The kitchen leaves a bit to be desired. The cabinets are old, repainted several times, and not in the greatest condition. (No microwaves either.) But you do get a washer and dryer and a large balcony. Pets are very welcome. We even had a pet 'pawty' with treats for cats, dogs, and owners. I missed out on the Saturday yoga and brunch, but hope to attend other outside activities before the cold weather sets in. I like it here and hope to be here for a long time.
