These apartments were fine when I first moved in last year. No major concerns or issues, Robin in the office is nice, and the maintenance guys are amazing. We are clean people and we’ve never had any uncontrollable issues until now. Unbeknownst to my family and I there was a unit that had a critter problem. The residents moved out, the office treated that unit but not ours and now that problem is ours. That was two weeks ago. Our unit still has not been treated after requesting treatment and we now have to wait another week before treatment can even BEGIN. Regrettably, we just renewed our lease for another year (before this problem began) and I’m expected to give birth any day this month unfortunately UNDER these conditions. It’s terrible! I’ve never experienced anything like this. I would think twice before even considering these apartments. Contact was made with office staff as well as the property manager prior to this review, and the only remedy offered until Tuesday were foggers, sealing cracks and bait for a unit that we already live in. We don’t feel safe, comfortable, or that our health is of priority. It’s really disappointing.

Don’t be fooled this place is horrible! Please trust the bad reviews! They are from people that have been here along time so they know! This new management is horrible they do not care! They are putting new appliances and paint on these apartments and calling them remodeled and they are not. Bad I insulation you can hear everything. Neighbors play loud music with bass all night long. You can hear their conversations, showering using the toilet the for the music management just says call the police. They don’t care about you! They up the rent and you can’t even have peace in your own home! Relaxing and watching a movie is impossible and don’t have to sleep at night you won’t be able too. Please do not move here run! Don’t believe the hype!

Absolutely no concern for the safety of the residents. Regardless of the drug trafficking, residents vehicles being stolen, broken into and vandalized or the underaged nonresidents wreaking havoc nothing has been done to prevent it other than a security gate at the front entrance that remains open 95% of the time, a guard shack that has never been occupied by a security guard No security personnel, and surveillance cameras that do not record. The manager has done an excellent job of creating the perception of a safe place to live. She has made it very clear that she doesn’t have the funding and time to address these issues and that it’s the responsibility of the residents to avoid the individuals causing the problems and the Mesquite Police Department’s responsibility to stop those breaking the law. She has no time to address the issues or listen to the concerns of the residents but can spend an entire day delivering eviction notices when residents are more that 3 days late paying rent.

Amazing team, always going above and beyond. I'm a heavier set guy in the lower 400s, BUT I WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT!. I'm always out of breath when I walk past the front office on my way to catch my paratransit bus, and the staff always checks on me and gives me a bottle of water when I need it, because they see me struggling to press my way. Most people just point and laugh at me but not the staff at Raleigh, uhuh! everyone here gets treated like family.
S2 Residential is about the worse management company I have ever experienced. Poop in the and filth in the breezeway. Enormous and unnecessary fees.
I lived there and management would do nothing about the upstairs people. I called 911 at least twice. They NEVER stopped with the noise. They even broke the subfloor. The police are out there constantly. Cars are always being broken into as well as mine. Armed robbery before as well. Never have I been so glad to get out of a place that doesn’t care about the caliber of people they have and run the good ones out.

Signed a 1 year lease. Moved in and kitchen was filthy. Bedroom flooded. My neighbors smoked weed all day every day and we shared air condtitioning. You could literally see the marijuana smoke come out when the ac kicked on. I conplained to the manager at least 10 times and she did nothing!!!!! I had to take matters into my own hands. Then my wheels and tires got stolen off my truck. I finally got out of my lease because I couldn't sleep in a place where you couldn't see the ceiling because of the weed smoke. I didn't sleep in my apartment for a week or two the last month I lived there because of the smoke. Now they are saying I owe them 150 bucks and turned it over to a collection agency. You should owe me 150 bucks. Run!!!!! This place is terrible!!!
