Other then my own personal problem with not being able to get off my lease due to my aunt, I did enjoy living at Raintree. It was never super loud and I rarely had an issues
I've been here a raintree for two and a half years I will say anytime I needed an issue or maintenance done it would happen quickly swiftly and without any problems the staff is always nice I've never ran into a problem that they have not been able to fix I love it here and I have a pool and I love water

Too expensive for bad products and bad service. Too long response times for service requests, inconsistent answers from members of the front office, zero pest control efforts done, and products that came with the apartment constantly having problems with breaking down. Overall pretty bad experience living here.

So far I’m enjoying the property, everyone on the staff seems really sweet and helpful although a bit overwhelmed at times. And the response time for repair request was quick which is very important for me.

As I come to the end of my first lease, I have grown comfortable with our little community and decided to stay another year or two. It is very clean and quiet. I haven't had any issues or heard any drama. The grounds are always kept, the dumpsters are always nice and empty, and I think it's a really decent place to hide. The fitness center is great! Both pools are nice, and the dog parks are maintained rather well. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner and are always smiling. The office staff is great at keeping guests informed of issues as they arise and they plan little holiday get-togethers for the residents and their families. My favorite part is the screened in patios with storage space.

I just moved several weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The staff here is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. They really make you feel like part of the community. Great security with cameras, gates, and secure package lockers, which gives me peace of mind knowing my home and deliveries are safe. Maintenance is responsive and efficient; whenever there’s an issue, they are quick to address it, and always with a positive attitude. The neighborhood is fantastic and full of great local spots. It’s a wonderful place to call home, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well maintained and secure community with amazing customer service.

It’s a good place to stay safe quiet. Loved the pool hot tub. Didn't like having to share the green spaces with pets because not everyone cleans up after their animals so I didn’t get to enjoy the outside a lot . And I didn’t think having a play area mattered but it did, my grand kids wound up living with me for most of my year. Maybe they would consider a place space we have plenty of kids here.

Cleanliness, convenience and attention to tenants come to mind firstly when I reflect on my tenancy here at Raintree apartments. Being my job takes me to barge and ship docks all around Houston this is a prime location to reside in. Rent here is more than fair for what you get in an apartment. Also, with necessities being less than a 5 minute drive away it just adds to the convenience of being here.

I recently had the opportunity to tour this amazing apartment, and I am beyond excited to be moving in soon! From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the spacious layout, modern finishes, and the attention to detail in every corner. The apartment is not only stylish but also functional, with high-end appliances, ample storage space, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. Poor communication with management. Management does not give feed back on any situations. i have had a couple situations that has happened on my account as well as my car and management says they will call with an update and going on 2 months i have not gotten a response i have call numerous of times and all i get told is they will get back to me i have my car in the shop and waiting to get a response from the off so i can get my car returned and nothing. i will be moving from the property due to this reason and there should be no problem with getting a response due to the complex having cameras. there 3rd party workers ladder fell on my car and damaged it and i still cant get a response its on camera.

Raintree is a pretty good place to live. It's not too expensive and it's reasonably quiet. Lock your bike - had a motorbike stolen in '23, and the cameras aren't hooked up. There are two pools and a gym/mailroom with 24-hour access, unless the lock is damaged. I love the stray cats everywhere!
Maintenance timing and work is the best, they always get the job done. Job well done at all times, I appreciate how they respond in a timely matter.

Staff was polite. Application process was quick and simple. Took a little while to move in but other than that I had no other issues with the process.

Very awesome and clean. This is a quiet community. I've met lots of nice people so far. Gates are always working. Front office is always stocked with coffee and snacks

Nice quiet community. Office Staff is very friendly, especially Ms. Karen and maintenance is too notch! Upgrades are ongoing. Great neighbors! I highly recommend Raintree!

The hospitality is unmatched. I really felt seen and wanted, like they wanted me there for me and not just for money purposes. I would recommend anyone to these apartments.

So far my experience here at raintree has been excellent The staff here are very nice friendly anytime I request to have things done or maintenance they always come quick I've hadn't had any problems with the neighbors or anything The only thing that I think I've had a problem with is walking through the grass anytime you try to walk through the grass there's dog poop I enjoy the pool the gym and the lockers it's safer to get my packages put in the locker then leave them at my doorstep so I guess that's why I renew my lease

The move in wasn’t great, got my keys around 4 walked into my apartment the cleaning lady was still Here asked when to come back she said she’d be done in an hour. Got back at six and she was still here. Floors were filthy baseboards were still dirty roach infested. I stayed up until 3 AM the first night here scrubbing my floors. Was nothing like the unit that I was walked through when showing. I was so disappointed. But I cleaned it and didn’t make too big of a fuss. Apartments Themselves are pretty quiet and if I could get my roach problem under control, I wouldn’t mind it so bad but no matter what I do there’s roaches and you can’t leave anything out for more than five minutes without a roach getting on it.

Nice quiet complex. Nice pools and great office staff. Easy commute around the metroplex. Nice area restaurants and good highways. Some neighbors are friendly.
