This complex strives to stay current with its amenities and maintenance. The maintenance team leader is exceptional, while the office manager is well-informed, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The rent is reasonable and aligns with both the location and age of the complex; however, for me, communicating with some members of the maintenance team is difficult due to the language barrier.

Other then my own personal problem with not being able to get off my lease due to my aunt, I did enjoy living at Raintree. It was never super loud and I rarely had an issues

I've been here a raintree for two and a half years I will say anytime I needed an issue or maintenance done it would happen quickly swiftly and without any problems the staff is always nice I've never ran into a problem that they have not been able to fix I love it here and I have a pool and I love water

Too expensive for bad products and bad service. Too long response times for service requests, inconsistent answers from members of the front office, zero pest control efforts done, and products that came with the apartment constantly having problems with breaking down. Overall pretty bad experience living here.

As I come to the end of my first lease, I have grown comfortable with our little community and decided to stay another year or two. It is very clean and quiet. I haven't had any issues or heard any drama. The grounds are always kept, the dumpsters are always nice and empty, and I think it's a really decent place to hide. The fitness center is great! Both pools are nice, and the dog parks are maintained rather well. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner and are always smiling. The office staff is great at keeping guests informed of issues as they arise and they plan little holiday get-togethers for the residents and their families. My favorite part is the screened in patios with storage space.

I just moved several weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The staff here is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. They really make you feel like part of the community. Great security with cameras, gates, and secure package lockers, which gives me peace of mind knowing my home and deliveries are safe. Maintenance is responsive and efficient; whenever there’s an issue, they are quick to address it, and always with a positive attitude. The neighborhood is fantastic and full of great local spots. It’s a wonderful place to call home, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well maintained and secure community with amazing customer service.

It’s a good place to stay safe quiet. Loved the pool hot tub. Didn't like having to share the green spaces with pets because not everyone cleans up after their animals so I didn’t get to enjoy the outside a lot . And I didn’t think having a play area mattered but it did, my grand kids wound up living with me for most of my year. Maybe they would consider a place space we have plenty of kids here.

Cleanliness, convenience and attention to tenants come to mind firstly when I reflect on my tenancy here at Raintree apartments. Being my job takes me to barge and ship docks all around Houston this is a prime location to reside in. Rent here is more than fair for what you get in an apartment. Also, with necessities being less than a 5 minute drive away it just adds to the convenience of being here.

I recently had the opportunity to tour this amazing apartment, and I am beyond excited to be moving in soon! Poor communication with management. Management does not give feed back on any situations. i have had a couple situations that has happened on my account as well as my car and management says they will call with an update and going on 2 months i have not gotten a response i have call numerous of times and all i get told is they will get back to me i have my car in the shop and waiting to get a response from the off so i can get my car returned and nothing. i will be moving from the property due to this reason and there should be no problem with getting a response due to the complex having cameras. there 3rd party workers ladder fell on my car and damaged it and i still cant get a response its on camera.

Raintree is a pretty good place to live. It's not too expensive and it's reasonably quiet. Lock your bike - had a motorbike stolen in '23, and the cameras aren't hooked up. There are two pools and a gym/mailroom with 24-hour access, unless the lock is damaged. I love the stray cats everywhere!

I never have complaints be if I do have a issue the are Johnny on the spot. They listen to any concerns I might have. I informed them of a hazard at the pool this past summer and the immediately taped it off and fixed it by the next business day

So far my residential experience has been outstanding. I love it here and everything is very private and luxurious. You have to have a key/code for everything which I love. I feel so safe over here and I just love this way of living.

The neighborhood is nice and it is so peaceful and beautiful. So far the neighbors are pretty nice. Just been here for a couple days but I love it already.

Raintree’s grounds and buildings have matured over the years, but the staff does what they can to maintain its overall charm. Its appeal lies with all the shade trees, the screened patios and the friendly community of residents, plus its excellent location with easy access to wherever you need to go.

Very awesome and clean. This is a quiet community. I've met lots of nice people so far. Gates are always working. Front office is always stocked with coffee and snacks
