We've been dealing with a loud neighbor that allows her 2 dogs to run and roughhouse above us. Management has told us to deal with it ourselves. Don't live here. You will only deal with disorganized people who really don't care to do their jobs.

Luxury prices, crap management, crap covered parking lots, crap management can't manage a parking lot

They scheduled a tour and sent me appointment confirmation but when we showed up there was no one at the leasing office. They don’t answer the phone and don’t return the message. Was very excited about the apartment but got disappointed.

This place is super overpriced for what it is. The carpet, the fitness room, everything but the out door amenities look old and run down...

The apartments are nicely designed and laid out, very nice finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, nice appliances in the kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors, great windows, etc. The community is unexpectedly quiet, especially given the great location near shopping, restaurants and transportation. The other tenants were polite and friendly but also private and respectful. Beware the management company - and get everything in writing from them at least twice, even if it's in your lease!

Would you like to hear birds crawling around and constantly chirping above your bathroom exhaust fan? Then by all means live here. Apartment management hasn’t addressed the issue after months of complaining. I’m sure they’ll give some general apology and pledge to do better after reading this, but won’t actually resolve the issue in any satisfying way. The zoning is terrible; highway noise is LOUD regardless of where your apartment is located, the surrounding neighborhoods are beat down and the roads are always shutdown for some unknown construction. Bad choice of a location to put an apartment complex that had potential to be good. HUGE pot smell in the lobby and elevators so if you’re not 420 friendly, best to avoid. I’ll come back to update this as time goes by.

This is a quiet neighbourhood with retail amenities close by BUT for the price is not so luxurious. The building is seemingly poorly kept and the structure was seemingly not done properly. There are a few cracks in the walls due to it not being plastered properly, which does not look good cosmetically. The price charged for assigned parking when there is limited space is unjust along with the fact that a few months ago, the parking outside of the building was "ticket free" but even you are a guest you have to pay for parking which is like parking in NYC. Management does not get to the root of problems in the apartments such as leaks or cracks. At the end of the day, this is just a regular apartment not luxurious.

I would because it was a nice place to live. I would not because the parking situation was horrible. I would not because there are places in the area that are just as nice with cheaper rent.

I love the apartment, the staff have been wonderful, and the location is great.

Everyone has been extremely friendly, available and helpful during the process! Have not had a better experience renting an apartment.

Quite frankly, many of my friends and some family members would say that they could not afford to live at Queens Gate even if they were on the first floor facing EAST. I have shown them the floor plans of the smaller apartments which I think are lovely. I think that when they see my 4th Floor Carlton with its vaulted ceilings and beautiful view, they feel these apartments are out of reach for them. I am blessed in that I sold a fairly expensive townhouse which has given me the means to live here along with a pension and investments. I'm also used to having more space to live in whereas some of my friends would be happy with a much smaller apartment. I'll keep working on them and will encourage them to make an appointment to see Queens Gate apartments which meet their needs physically and financially.

Since I am sole caregiver to my disabled husband I always felt safe and secure.Was always confident that I would never have to worry about anything.

It is wonderful. I feel safe for my self and my mom

I love the level of service provided by Jose and the rest of the team.

Jose, Ashley, and Andre are wonderful. They are the reason we stay. The only thing that would cause us to leave is how much they raise are rent each year.

I would recommend this community but there is a need to do better quality assessment of residents or get more cameras around the grounds. Since this is a pet friendly occupancy, more accountability is needed. I have experienced residents with pets leaving faces on elevators and at times on grounds. This is a gorgeous living place but residents are not being accountable.

I would definitely recommend this property! It is very well maintained, the office staff go above and beyond to help you, (especially Ashley) and I feel very safe!!

The apartments are beautiful and seem very safe which is important to me and my family! The staff is very courteous and ready to help however they can!

This apartment is conveniently located to shopping and highways. The public spaces are maintained well and clean. The apartment is large and comfortable and the neighbors and staff are all so nice

Queens Gate is perfect for people who are moving from a large home and "downsizing". The apartments are large particularly the bathrooms. The apartment feels like a 1 level home.

I like my apt very much and feel that the building is kept very neat and clean. Also the maintenance and cleaning people are very pleasant.
