I walked in for a showing, the leasing consultant was very pleasant. When she gave me a tour of the 2 bedroom apartment , I was surprised on how spacious it was and the view was from the balcony was wonderful. I enjoyed the rest of the tour having different features like the gym , a convenient store next door,pet station, etc.

This place is filled with Rodents. In our unit alone we caught 6 mice over a period of 5 months. If you tell this to the management, they will first laugh and then give you advice on how to keep them out. How are there mice running around on the upper floors of your Luxury Complex??? There were a few people in the office who used to listen and help but it looks like they fired them. If you open a service request, they close it without doing anything about it. They have an exterminator who comes and keeps traps. One gets caught but after a while, there are more running around. We were so glad our lease ended here and could not wait to get out. For the entire duration of our stay, we could not invite any guests home because we were worried a mouse would start running around when we had people over. It is really embarrassing. This is just one of 100's of problems. Please don't move here. It's not worth it.
The building and surrounding property are well kept. I'm surprised at how quiet the building is with having so many residents, but I appreciate it. Any staff I've encountered have been pleasant and friendly. Overall, I am happy that I live here.

Literally...there is dog crap EVERYWHERE! Be careful where you step even when walking on the sidewalk. What can you expect when there are no trash cans. The elevator breaks often and has a permit that is almost 2 years expired. Oh i almost forgot the best part...3 nights in a row the fire alarm went off after midnight, scaring me out of my sleep. When the fire department showed up they said it was a system issue that management is already aware of. Seriously, find another place to live. The management does not care about tenants at all!

The community has big size apartments and located very close to a trail and the fire station. Also easily accessible is Route 1 which takes you to Boston in less than 20 mins
Management is totally lost and everyone is complaining. All residents has issues. Parking finally being enforced, but the process is a mess like any project on that building.
Although the management team is trying hard to keep up with the property and are very nice as far as one on one relationship with tenants, we feel there are some issues with property accessibility, people accessing areas that are supposed to be accessible to tenants only, garbage room often a mess and other issues in the past with fixing issues within the apartment unit.
Incredible and responsive staff, impeccable property and most importantly I feel at home here.

Lovely office staff, great maintenance staff. Elevators often break down which is very inconvenient if you live on upper floors.
I Been living at Quarrystone for 4 years. No major complains. Overall a pleasant experience. At first the neighbors downstairs was loud with music but it has stop for a year. Love the gym! No security concerns. A safe place to live so far. I would recommend living here.

Really like the building and amenities so far, management is helpful and courteous when you get a hold of them but availability has been an issue for us. Its still early days in our lease so hoping its not normal
Though the apartment may look nice on youre given the amenities, thats about where it stops. The workmanship in the apartments themselves is poor, management is close to useless, and the grounds are extremely dirty. In spite of the dog bag receptacles all over the place, no one picks up after their dogs, and the apartment complex makes no effort to do so either. The package system is an absolute disaster, they lose packages regularly and when management was approached about this, I was told I should get my packages delivered somewhere else. There are much better complexes in the area that are priced similarly.

I've lived in the area for some time already but I just moved into this building and so far I'm extremely happy with the decision I made. Building is clean, staff in the office is extremely attentive and do make you feel like you are welcome. Building is quiet I can not recall any noise from my neighbors and when we are in and out or our apartment everyone is very friendly and welcoming, I don't own a pet but I must say that I'm impressed on how educated everyone else is about cleaning after their pets needs and not leaving any evidence on the floors- clap - clap!

Nice place to live. Close to Boston and access to Route 1. Great amenities, like a beautiful outdoor pool and indoor amenities center. Residence is clean and well maintained and the interior is current and well appointee. The outdoor space is also beautifully manicured. Management and staff are friendly and helpful.

I been living here for almost a year now and i can say i enjoyed living here. everyone is so kind and friendly . The people from leasing office are awesome, i don't think i have had any issues with them ever. The building is always kept clean and maintained. great place to live in. In all the time I have lived at the Quarrystone apartment complex, my experience has been all positive. The grounds have remained beautiful throughout my time here, and we have seen lots of upgrades and enhancements to many facilities like the pool, gym, common/social areas, mail areas, and more. At some point I will buy a home, but in the meantime, there is no place I would rather live other than Quarrystone.
Will be a resident here for two years in April. Beautiful well maintained builing with great amenities and great staff!
