Built in the late 30’s but completely restored in 2000, this apartment has the great Art Deco lines but with all the modern stuff you want-- like a dishwasher, disposal, central a/c, ceiling fans, etc. The complex is a series of intimate buildings connected by walkways and completely fenced in. There is ample parking throughout the complex so it is only a few steps to your back door. Access to the complex and all the parking is controlled by access gates. There is plenty of greenspace on the property and if that's not enough, Hermann Park is within walking distance. This location is perfect for anyone working in the Medical Center, the University of Houston, Rice University, or anywhere Downtown. Freeway access is just a few blocks away from this great central location.
