The apartment building has 11 units as well as an office space on part of the first floor. All units are two bedrooms. The property is three stories. A shared laundry room is on the first floor. The laundry is coin-operated at $1.75-$2 per load. A parking lot is at the rear of the building. This beautiful two-bedroom apartment has hardwood-style flooring, large windows, spacious living area, full kitchen and more! The apartment also offers large closets for storage and spacious bedrooms. Rent for two bedroom units is between $1549 and $1799 per month depending on unit for up to two people.
