Restaurants, Whole Foods and shops are within walking distance. The new Nellie's ice cream and Mario's, a new pizza parlor, are just down the block. The entire property is smoke-free. The apartment building has 11 units as well as an office space on part of the first floor. All units are two bedrooms. The property is three stories. A shared laundry room is on the first floor. The laundry is coin-operated at $1.75-$2 per load. A parking lot is at the rear of the building. This beautiful two-bedroom apartment has hardwood-style flooring, large windows, spacious living area, full kitchen and more! The apartment also offers large closets for storage and spacious bedrooms. Rent for two bedroom units is between $1549 and $1799 per month depending on unit for up to two people. This price INCLUDES a parking space in the lot and includes access to the building-wide WiFi! You can pay $35/mo extra for internet access using the Ethernet wall jack. Additional $50 for a third person. Maximum of three persons in the apartment. In addition to rent is electricity. This is billed by XCEL Energy and is based on your usage. Rent includes: Heat Water/Sewer Household trash Household recycling Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. An application fee of $75 is due per applicant. This is a smoke-free property.
