Horrible customer service
Was given a number to text in regards to renting and never got a response back

Number on signs posted does not answer
I sent a text to the number on the signs on 380 posted regrading this complex, the only responses I received were hiiiiiii, and never answered any of my questions.

Unprofessional responses
Signs were put up around 380 concerning these apartments, I excitedly sent a text to the number as I was very interested. My response was a “hiiiiiiiiiii, this is ********, we have 3 bedroom 2 bath lofts...” I then asked specific questions that were answered with “I can meet you for a walk-through”. I then responded with the date and time I’d be available, as well as asking what schools the complex was zoned for and if there were any move-in specials. The next response was “here are some pix and we can touch basics Friday morning”. I was then told that I was being upsetting because the point of contact was dealing with a personal matter and could not handle speaking coherently and professionally with me.
