Property Ratings at Primrose HAUS
The property manager is the best. Most the residences here are friendly and it’s very peaceful area to live in. All my issues I have had, have always been addressed in a timely manner.
This apartment complex has a roach problem. They do pest control, but the roaches live in the walls.

Managers are not customer service oriented. They don't work with the residents.

I've been living here for four years and have seen the property go through some positive changes. I recently moved to an newly renovated apartment, and it's quite pleasant. The location is good, and although there are occasional trains passing by, it's generally quiet. I'd recommend this place for sure.
This is our second lease we started in the square and moved into the town homes. The location of the apartments is great right in the middle of town close to down town and plenty of stores and restaurants! The property manager Jenn is amazing!
I love living at HAUS. This is my 2nd lease as I just signed a renewal. It's generally a quiet community, the manager, Tahlia is great, and is in a great location. The new outdoor amenities including the dog park are much appreciated!
been here less than a year & we are counting down the days until our lease is up! I feel I must warn everyone, cause we had no idea. Management uses their leaf blower between 8:00-9:00 AM every morning. It's extremely loud and right outside our bedroom window. I told them it wakes my whole family up every morning & their response was basically too bad. The leaves arent even falling anymore, but it's mandatory routine. Very inconsiderate to their current Tennant's & they don't take complaints seriously. I asked that they wait until 10:00 AM, but they said no. If you move here, don't plan on sleeping in on your day off ever again.
