I can remember the first time I came across this property, it looked so nice online. When my mentor and I came to visit last year, we toured with Amy. Her awesome personality sold me on living here. She was so welcoming, and the property was so nice and well kept. I have truly loved living here. It has been safe and quiet. Amazing location and beautiful layout. In the fall I had to leave for an extended training and words cannot describe how smooth they made the process for me. Jordan was so helpful during that time, and I am grateful for the assistance. I cannot express just how much I will miss living here. I will be relocating to another state for work but if I wasn't, I would definitely be renewing my lease. Thank you, Amy and Jordan for being exceptional human beings. You both deserve a raise (no one paid me to say that)! Thank you to the Preserve on Maine family for making this stop in my journey feel like home.

I've lived here for several months, and it's very comfortable. Amy and Jordan are terrific - super welcoming, responsive and supportive. The maintenance team, particularly Israel, are awesome - very helpful, quick and friendly.

Drove an hour and a half to come view a one bedroom, ended up standing around waiting to get in the leasing office because no one would answer the phone. Then find out we were double booked with someone else. Also found out they booked all the one bedrooms but no one contacted me.

I've lived here for 18 months and am devastated that I'm relocating to another state. The management staff is so helpful. Maintenance is on top of anything you need. Air filters are changed multiple times a year. CLEAN is an understatement. This property is really an oasis.

This property is not only beautiful, but managed very well! Anytime I’ve had a maintenance request it is usually resolved within 2 hours of making the request. They have taken extra precautions with COVID to increase cleaning and still trying to allow amenities to be utilized. The only downfall is there are no garbage disposals so this was a big surprise when I moved in. Other than that, all the facilities are amazing and well kept.

My daughter and I visited several properties in the Rochester area as we are relocating from Chicago, and Preserve on Maine was by far the best. We loved everything about the apartment and amenities. Amanda and Lisa took a lot of time with us since we were not familiar with the area (we did not get this anywhere else). They really made us feel like we already lived there. This was the best experience we had and we are looking forward to calling Preserve on Maine our new home in May.
