Property Ratings at Prescott Place I
I just love living here. It's in a great location close to shopping centers. Nancy is amazing and very professional. She makes you feel welcome anytime you enter the office. The property is kept very clean at all times. The maintenance staff is timely and professional. The amenities are great also. It is very peaceful living here and a great place to call home.
This place it the worst. The air conditioner never works. It's infested with roaches and all kinds of bugs and insects. They charge extra for pest control, gas, and trash but pest control never comes and everything is electric. You literally get what you paid for.

Dear Sir or Ma'am, I see you have left an anonymous review. I'm happy to assist you if you'd like to share your name or unit number. Pest control comes once a week. The gas charge is for gas hot water heaters. I hope this helps. Please stop by the office for additional assistance.
the management staff is rude and horrible and low down would not recommend they are cheap for a reason old appliances water on boiler system takes hours for water to heat up when they repair the next couple days same thing again toilet constantly run no ceiling fans or light switches in bedroom you pay for what you get except they are not worth what they charge

Dear Resident, Please let us know your unit number so we can address your issues.
I have lived here for three years and its been a place that i am comfortable with. Sometimes the maintenance guys take a little longer to complete a work order than I would like and I've had some loud neighbors, but over all its been a pleasant place to live. About a year ago a new person joined the Management team that i really like... Ms Margaret. She is always in a good mood ,very professional and it seems like she goes above and beyond to take care of any problems that i have. I only deal with her now.

Thank you for taking the time to let us about your great experience with Margaret. She has been a great addition to our team! We look forward to your stay with for many more years to come.
I have been looking for an apartment for the past month. I wanted something close enough to Downtown Dallas without being in Downtown Dallas. I was fortunate to find Prescott Place! It does have some mixed reviews, for that reason I decided to check it out for myself. When I arrived to the leasing office I was greeted by a very boisterous hello, welcoming me to Prescott Place! I was startled and pleasantly surprised by the energy. I sat down with Mrs. Shelia and she was very thorough with here questions, outlining rules and what they will and will not put up with in the community. I like this place, and I plan to go back today or Monday to talk to Mr. Shelia about renting the unit she showed me. I'll keep you posted, but my initial feeling is this is going to be a great place to call home!
People and reviews, you know I actually moved here 6 months ago because of the posted reviews. Like the last review I just read, Haters gonna Hate!!! LOL, very true, you can't make everyone happy all of the time but they do a very good job at trying. I have lived in other communities, none as large as this. I can see where they have some challenges and opportunities to create an even better experience but they seem to always be pushing forward. If you are looking to move and are a responsible adult that can read a rental contract, follow rules and a team of professionals that will listen to you, work with you and support you, look no further. If you are a whiner, complainer and rule breaker, well expect to be schooled! They don't mess around here and I like that!
I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 10 years. Recently my apartment was flooded (no fault to the apartments) and the management team really save the day. They had me in a new apartment the same day, and gave me plenty of time to get my valuables out of the old apartment. Not to mention the fact that Richard, the manager, also is allowing me to leave the items that were ruined in the flood in the apartment and having his people remove the items. To be honest with you looking at all the items we've lost makes me and my daughter sad and we are grateful that WE don't have to throw our possessions away. The fact that we lost nearly everything has been devastating but Richard and his team have made this whole process 110% easier. This is a great community to live in!
Have been a resident for 4 years also my first apartment.Love everything about this complex. Great customer service, manager is very involved in customer service, great service staff, peaceful neighborhood, great area to live by ;mall, places to eat just minutes away!
This building is fairly cheap. In a good location, with many restaurants and shopping centers very close. Apartment is pretty nice, including a high ceiling in living room, nice balcony, large closets, and a fireplace. Also, the main pool is very nice. Management however, is pretty awful. Takes days for maintenance to show up, and when they do, they don't do a very good job. For example, when they were fixing the a/c, they broke some tile in the shower, and after 2 months, they still have not been back to fix it. Overall, nice apartment, but when the rent is cheap, you can't expect to get the experience of something more.
