Rooms, amenities, and staff are all fantastic. It's also situated nicely in the middle of downtown, which allows you to easily walk to many highlights the city has to offer. I have no complaints!

A great place to call home. It's been a great experience. I have been living at premiere for a year now and from the moment I moved in I was impressed by the friendliness of management team and staff. The amenities are excellent and it is walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. It is a secured building and there is a concierge 24/7. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking quality living experience.

Premiere on Pine is a very nice property with great amenities available to the residents. We toured the building, and subsequently, a member of our family moved in. The building is clean, safe, sanitary, and in good repair. In addition, the people that work at Premiere on Pine are excellent (special acknowledgement to Justin--thank you so much for the excellent customer service that you provide!). Staff are very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Our family member loves living there, and we highly recommend it.

Very nice building. Great location. Amenity space is done up well. Gym is a little old and is due an upgrade. Staff and support that work at the building are very helpful.

Fantastic, clean, lovely place to live. I love it so much I’ve renewed my lease for a third time. Staff is helpful and kind and I love living next to the Paramount Theatre and walking distance to Capitol Hill and Pike Place Market.

everything is smooth and clean, really nice apartment space, but cellular reception is really bad in the building (nonexistent in elevators), and I wish the floor was real wood instead of fake wood (plastic) planks

My second year here... and still loving it :) Apartment: Nice with quality appliances. Amenities: Rooftop indoor-outdoor recreation area, gym, locker room for packages, secure access building. I really enjoy living here. The management is excellent, the amenities and views are fantastic, and the location feels safe as well. Would definitely recommend Premier on Pine to anybody I know looking for a new apartment.

Overall it's been pretty great, nice amenities, reasonable price, friendly staff. Been living here for a little over a year and just renewed for another 14 months, ideally would stay even longer.

The building is nicely maintained, it is clean and everything is operating as expected. Not everything is excellent naturally because it is very hard to be on top of every single thing, but they are open to hear you out when you notice something needs a checkup, and they make sure to swiftly handle it.

It's a very comfy and cozy environment with a lot of amenities. The views are unbeatable and the price is quite reasonable when you consider the cost of similar sized apartments with worse views.

I'm nearing one year and Premiere on Pine and my experience has been great. The staff, from the leasing office to the concierge to the maintenance, are amazing. Each person is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. Communication regarding community/nearby events, maintenance, holiday hours, and road/highway closures are prompt and allow for proper planning. Looking forward to extending my lease.

One Year Update: Apartment: Couldn’t be happier. Layout is great. Everything works as it’s supposed to. Hardly any sound travels through the walls which is a big plus for me since I like my peace and quiet. Amenities: Apart from the existing amenities like the convenient coffee machine, gym, rooftop lounge area, secured package room, a few things got added over the course of a year. There is now an updated event space, a new media room, and an exercise studio on the 40th floor. People: Neighbours are cordial. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Special Mentions: Katie and Emma run a tight ship (which isn’t easy in a building with over 500 residents). Collin and Justin are always ready to help with any admin issues, and are regularly hosting fun events for the residents. Bayron, Daniel and Omar work hard to ensure things run smoothly, and when something breaks, is fixed asap. The housekeeping staff is extremely hard working making sure common areas are always clean.

I've lived in multiple buildings in the SLU area and this is hands-down the most welcoming community. The staff are friendly, the building hosts fun events to get to know other residents, and the location is convenient for food, transit, and more.

The most responsive and helpful community I have stayed in. They host such fun events, listen to tenant feedbacks and suggestions. They assist with in house renovations like custom shower for bathroom too.

Premiere on Pine is situated at a great location at the intersection of Westlake, first hill and Capitol Hill. It is very accessible to the public transport around. The management team has very helpful folks who go above and beyond in providing a good customer service. The rent is a little high compared to the size of the apartments.

Living at Premiere on Pine has been a solid experience. The location is central to both downtown and caphill as well as a lot of the work offices in SLU, which is convenient for city life. My apartment is in a calm area, perfect for chilling out after a long day. The staff here are super nice and always there to help out. We've got cool stuff like a gym, and a chill hangout spot. The rooms are big and cozy, with all the stuff you need in the kitchen. It's just a really peaceful place where you can relax and feel at home, away from all the hustle and bustle.
