I had an excellent experience living in these apartments. From day one, the leasing process was smooth and professional. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, responding quickly and efficiently to any maintenance requests. The apartments are well-designed, with spacious layouts, great natural lighting, and modern finishes that truly make you feel at home. The community is quiet and safe, making it perfect for families, couples, or anyone working from home. Plus, the location is very convenient—close to grocery stores, schools, restaurants, and with easy access to major roads. The common areas are always clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the complex is very pleasant. It’s clear that the management truly cares about the residents’ comfort and satisfaction. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed place to live.

Clean, quite, close to grocery, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.

Old buildings with paper thin walls and single pane windows make an apartment with a good layout into a noisy bad place to live and an even worse place if you work from home. I never had a problem with a missing package until management decided to "fix" the problem and now half my packages get lost or miss delivered. Rent are jacked up every time the ownership changes with no substantial improvements to the property.

I love this location! I am very pleased with the property management team as well as the maintenance crew. The only negative issue with have is the noise level of the neighbors and that can’t be resolved by anyone. The buildings were built with materials that unfortunately allow us all to hear each other.

Wonderful location and unique floor plans. Plenty of restaurants, lots of shopping and things to do. Public transportation is very accessible.

Great place to live and location is great too. The leasing office staff and maintenance are always helpful and personable. We appreciate that nice feeling!

The Premiere offers unique floor plans, garages and accessibility to grocery stores, transportation, bike trails, restaurants, and other entertainments. It’s in a GREAT location!

The units are comfortable and the area is great! Lots of minor problems here and there with generally poor construction, but the leasing office and maintenance are excellent and have been on top of fixing things when we ask them to.

I have lived here over 8 years & have always enjoyed the property. Since the new ownership took over about a year ago, we have been getting all sorts of "amenity" add-ons with additional monthly fees with no option or rationale for said fees. Seems a bit like Ticketmaster with fees on fees... in the current markey, moving is neither an option nor desired - I like my home - but this increase on increase is getting out of hand! We were also just notified of yet another change in Property Management companies - that makes 6 in my 8 years living here.

$100-$500 Price increases yearly and questionable upgrades. Lived here for 8 years, management constantly changes, faulty billing, no real amenities aside from 5 foot deep pool and micro gym.

Nice, clean and safe neighborhood!I'm glad they are working on updating the old A/C to smart ones and they now have smart keyless entry.im hoping they work on the garages too!

Overall, I have enjoyed my time here! Management has been responsive and kind. It’s quieter than other rental units I’ve lived in. The connected garage and unit are a plus. The amount of times I’ve seen a bug is less than one hands worth of times. There are many perks to the multitudes of restaurants and activities around here. 20 minutes from Dtown Dallas and about 20 minutes from Frisco as well, so possibilities feel endless. I just wish there were more security cameras available around the property, since there are not any security gates around this complex. I encountered a safety issue while in my garage (very rare for this area. The perpetrator was caught minutes later). Police officers needed footage, and we were just short a camera or two that could have provided the police with good evidence. The foundation shifts causing cracking, floorboards to stick up/creak, countertops to shift, and it makes the picture frames look crooked even though they are level.

Community is great for most part; friendly office staff, quick maintenance response times, but cleanliness by back dumpsters could use some attention. Also the choice of different color garage doors is an eye sore for lovely property.

Such a relief when I found this place. Really nice apartment, small and quiet property, and the office staff has been lovely. Still getting settled in, but looking forward to exploring the amenities and surrounding areas.

I have truly enjoyed my 4 years here at The Premier of Prestonwood. This community has been my home away from home. Safe place to raise your family.

I love it here, a little pricey for me but for the amenities and staff support it’s worth it. The garage is my favorite part!! Karime was a great first impression to the community

Knew the apartment toured would not be our unit, but was told it would be the same. The condition of the actual unit on move in was terrible: dusty vents, clearly no cleaning had been done after the last residents moved out, hardware in kitchen and bathroom broken, loose nails on the floor, burning smell from the drying machine on first use. The toilet in the 2nd bathroom keeps clogging due to the toilet being outdated with inadequate water pressure, and maintenance must come every 1-2 weeks to fix it. Leasing office does not respond to emails.

Everyone was so helpful and considerate throughout the process. They made my application and moving process so smooth and easy after stressing so long about a new place to call my home. I am so grateful for the entire office staff and will be looking forward to a long and beautiful stay. I could not have asked for a better place to live!!

The maintenance guys are very quick are hardworking, more importantly they are very honest. My main concern when moving somewhere was if I could trust the guys, not an issue here. The grounds are also kept very clean.

This is such an amazing place to stay. Very quiet and lots of room. If you ever need anything they are on point with assisting the tenants. Very nice neighbors. Lots of parking spots.

I absolutely love it here. Prime location close to everything. The pool is even open for cold plunging. I will be renewing unless work or life calls for something else!

This is my first time living in an apartment complex and the staff was amazing making sure I was aware of everything I needed to know to make sure I made the best decision and move in process seamless.

Mgmt is nice. I have 3 stars due to noise levels and neighbors being inconsiderate with their cars and weed smoke. Also, units are not upgraded.

The community is very centrally located to everything, quiet and reasonably priced. The maintenance team can be a little better. I have been here for a little over a year, and still waiting for issues to be resolved that I had a year ago.

I love it here! I transferred from another portico property and it was so smooth! I love the chic vibe of my town home as well. Every thing is as expected (as I signed my lease before ever moving to the city or viewing the apt. I’m so happy

Been here for almost 7 years, there have been good and so so things I’ve experienced, but overall I’ve enjoyed my stay and the price is reasonable compared to other townhomes in the area, especially for attached garages, fireplaces and the townhome style.

Upon move in, apartment unit was not in good condition and needed numerous work orders: no hot water in shower, bathroom floors lifted up from water damage, clogged drains, broken drawer, loose screws and nails in the walls, towel and shower curtain rods falling off the wall, all vents extremely dusty, dusty shelves, fridge light flashing, and outlets that were loose and not working properly. Not to mention previous tenant heavily damaged the walls of the garage with holes and was never repaired. Will update pending quality and timeliness of repairs (orders submitted 8/28/23).

So far so good! We just moved in and the maintenance is working quickly with us, very responsive and helping us get things fixed as soon as possible.

Nice place up live... have been for almost 2 years... good experience overall! Maintenance has been pretty swift and area is nice for food and shopping.

The units are spacious & laid out very well in a unique townhome build. The staff is friendly, helpful, & typically responsive to requests/inquiries. The location of the property is also perfect for many activities & conveniences (tollway, restaurants, grocery, etc). The rent is somewhat reasonable given the attached garage with every unit, but high yearly increases without upgrading the inside are becoming frustrating... also the fees on fees structure of the mandatory amenities makes the real monthly rate much higher than advertised.

I love it here. Almost everything I need is on site and if it’s not, it’s super close by. Beautiful complex and haven’t had any issues with bugs, maintenance or management.

My apartment is very nice but when I moved , my refrigerator did not work all my food spoiled and my shower head was shooting to the ceiling. After everything got fixed , it’s perfect

I love my community I feel safe and everyone is very nice.. they keep it very clean and the staff there is very helpful …. Maintenance is always available aswell

It's been a good experience overall. However the walls are too thin and if you live downstairs you can hear every movement from your neighbors. We also have things that have needed to be fixed since we moved in that have never been resolved.

Wonderful place to live and close to everything for shopping and work. They also have parcel pending as well as garages for your vehicles with the townhome.

I've been a resident since 2022 and the community is great. Just a few things need to get better. Other than that, can't complain. If you're looking for a cozy home and a environment with a lot of access to places. This is a sweet spot to live.

Typically a peaceful place to live with the occasional noisy streets and neighbors. Conviently next to a grocery store and restaurants. Love the garage space. Wish there was more green space. Dumpster area needs to be more tidy.

Nice apartment community, dog friendly and quiet! The neighborhood is highly recommended for single people. Recently there are new managers and upgrades that are being added.

calm place, Everything is close by, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and much more. Neighbors are not noisy. Large garage for two cars, and if necessary has easy access parking.
