Pratt is a nice place to live and the overall experience of my time has been very positive, however the new management team leaves something to be desired. The sudden tripling of the renter's insurance was shocking and came with no notice, just suddenly needed to be done or we'd have to move out. I found it unfair and almost predatory that they basically strong-arm us into using a particular company.

R'Montay & Starling are the absoulute best leasing agents I've worked with & they are very attentive to their residents and our needs. They were able to expedite my move in and accommodate me which made me feel very vauled as a resident. The overall building is very well maintained, and maintenance is always on top of their work orders (usually 24 hour or less turn around time). The elevator has been down twice since I moved in here BUT it has always been fixed the same day & the elevator around the corner is always working. I haven't had any issues with trash compactors, I was a little worried because its in the hallways but never overloaded or anything like that. Neighbors and neighborhood is VERY pet friendly and pick up after their dogs. Landscaping is done regularly and the maintenance in the building overall (hallways, amenities, elevators) are VERY well kept. I am so happy I chose pratt park and I love it here! The leasing agents actually make the experience 100% better knowing they actually care.

This apartment community has overall been great since I’ve lived here. The only main complaint is that the elevators go down for service fairly regularly, not fun when you live on the top floor. Although, current management staff is so personable and attentive, and I really appreciate all of them!

The staff here is absolutely incredible. They have made me feel right at home since the tour. I knew this place was for me and didn’t hesitate to take a lease. I plan to be here for a while, and couldn’t be happier with the personnel. I did not enjoy my experience here at Pratt Park. They’ve lost my trust and it’s clear they don’t care about the renters. From the general inquiry to the application process and then the lease signing, the process has been unclear and lots of confusion as to what’s even offered- the leasing staff are all on different pages for what amenities are available and for what price. Told multiple different things throughout the process which were all different at time of lease signing. Key fob didn’t work anywhere on building on move in day so I couldn’t actually move in as told. Multiple complaints have been expressed to the leasing staff and management and there has been no response to address our concerns, no apology, nothing - very frustrating as a new renter to want to stay here when it’s clear the staff doesn’t care.

The view is nice, but not worth the price. There are consistent issues with receiving packages or deliveries of any sort here. The fire alarm is also regularly pulled by kids (>10 times in the last 1.5 years), which is terrible for disabled residents needing to use stairs. Half of the time trying to find the staff would be met with a "will return at X" time on the door. You could go back 3-4 times a day and always be met with that. They are clearly unstaffed. Lastly, upon moving out they did not populate my charges in the resident portal, but just sent them straight to a collection agency. It has been less than a week since I have moved out. If you like being woke up at all times of the day and night by fire alarms, like having to get refunds and replacements on all your Amazon or Uber orders and the inability to be helped when needed, Pratt Park is for you.

Overall I've enjoyed living here. The staff and residents seem friendly. The maintenance keeps everything clean. I especially enjoy the rooftop and BBQ grills. The club room is also a nice shared space. Having access to a gym has been great.
I love living here! The location is perfect and easy to get around. The tenants are friendly and outgoing. The staff at the office is super helpful and always get back to you in a timely matter.

First of all, the Staff is excellent. Explains everything with great professionalism and care. The community is awesome, everything from the park in the center courtyard to the park in back. Ton's of great restaurants and markets of every culture within just a short walk. My unit is very updated and feels great.

Living in Pratt part apartment is a pleasant enjoyable experience to us. Really like its internal modern design and breath-taking roof top view. Not mention the lock room packages receiving system which makes package receiving worry free. The management staffs are always helpful, friendly and responsive. Especially Cyrus and Shaw who made our move in and out very easy and smooth. Pratt Park is definitely the best that we have lived in downtown Seattle. Highly recommended!

Trust me guys. I lived here for 15 months and just moved out today. I just got notice that we need to pay extra for 20 days although we don't live there anymore and our rent is ending as of today. They never sent pre-move-out checklists and notice to vacate form through email or hard copy. Of course, they just emailed me attaching the form with the extra charge notification just when we moved out!!! MUST AVOID this place due to living quality as well. During my wife and I live here I saw 2 times a group of police officers holding guns came to this apartment due to domestic violence. so many times break-in cars and not safe for COVID as well. You will receive many emails regarding break-in notices. DANGEROUS, NOISY, and POOR MANAGEMENT. Hope this can help you to find a way better place.

the building does not provide any security at all, there have been many robberies and the manager never shows his face ,always reception is the one who is there without knowing what to say about it

I've lived at Pratt Park for six years. It's a prime location with access to buslines, grocery stores, my medical facility, that also allows for free street parking. It is a clean, secure, building and it's current staff is caring and responsive. It's maintenance staff is superb and I hope to stay here for as long as I can.

The whole process to apply for the mute unit Im in was a breeze! Stephanie in the office is VERY well acquainted with the whole mute process and requirements and instead of the usual weeks to get an approval we had it in a few days! Cassie who did the tour with me was super nice and Cyrus who Ive spoken to on a couple occasions was very nice as well. Friendliest leasing staff Ive ever met! And the building is great. Already referred a friend moving to the city from out of state.

Pratt Park has been very welcoming. The apartment property is located near the park and restaurants. Easily walkable and convenient for dog owners. The apartment itself is very luxurious looking and the appliances are a bonus!

The move-in incentive was a great package, and the quality of the location, building, and apartment itself is top-notch.
I give Pratt Park thumbs up! It is a quiet and yet friendly community. The apartments are commodious. However - if you have allergies, the carpet may present an issue. Overall - I highly recommend Pratt Park.

I've moved nearly every year for the last eight years, and my experience with Pratt Park, specifically Stephanie, was the best I could ever have.
