Prana

The floor plan of my apartment was amazing. The work out room is very user friendly and very sanitary. Pool, hot tub, fire pit and grill area is a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends.

We love it here! Prana is not your average living community, it’s a resort!

Prana is a great place to live everyone is very friendly and helpful, this is a real community that helps look out for one another.

Prana apartments is a great place to live, however if issues with maintenance keeps being ignored then my experience here will be negative. I get that maintenance has a lot going on but to straight up ignore our request and mark the issue as fixed is disrespectful and unprofessional. They can at least communicate and tell us that the order is delayed by xy and z.

Keep up the great customer service! The ladies in the office are always happy, friendly, respectful and helpful! Mike is awesome, when he sees you on the property he will ask if everything is going good. Same as the ladies in the office he is respectful, friendly, helpful and happy! Thank you to all of you!

To sum it up, when I moved in 3 years ago it was called Prana Luxury Apartments. They have since removed "luxury" from the title. They offer lot's of amenities like a pool, hot tub and "free" beer in the clubhouse. The hot tub is prone to breaking down and the beer is often empty. Although the office staff does their best, they have to seek corporate approval for everything. Which means that things tend to take a while to get fixed. In the meantime they just keep raising the rent higher and higher. The apartment itself is roomy for a one bedroom and quite comfortable. I love having a huge kitchen and a big bathtub.

They are a little pricy, but very nice. Great layouts for kitchen lovers! Minimal parking spaces, but detached garage included in rent... beautiful view for sunset walks. Walking distance from old town Lafayette. Overall we enjoy them and have been here for 2 years.

These units are OK but what is advertised is not up to par. The walls are thin, the space is crammed.. You cannot open a bathroom door and drawers at the same time. Very consolidated but that is a benefit that there are drawers so it is a plus/minus thing. The pool is not kept very warm and the hot tub is not hot. They are determined to keep it at a minimal level and it breaks down all the time. It is OK for a temporary place and nice to have a garage. There is really nothing for kids .. no play area. Now let's talk about the cows.. At first it was cool to have a field with cows but the bugs are terrible. There are biting flies and these little annoying bugs so you can't event keep the patio door open.

Even though this is an apartment complex privacy is not much of an issue. We love having an end unit. The staff is really friendly and attempts to get to know you on a first name basis. The layout of the rooms are very open and functional. When problems have arisen every effort has been made to work through them. My wife and I are very happy living here and every guest who has stopped by has loved it.

The office staff are super friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues I've had were handled within a day. I have noticed that parking around my building is a little tight, but I don't have an issue since they included a garage with my apartment. The pool nicely kept and I really like that it is open all the time. And the gym is huge! Great overall experience.

This is the worst place I've ever lived! Don't be fooled by the pictures. Everything is cheap and and not taken care of. The office staff is very rude, maintenance is lazy and I was miserable the whole time. The rent is too high for such a terrible place.

Although the staff was attentive to contacting me for a visit, I was not interested because they only have 2 bedroom apartments.
