If I could give 0 or negative starrs I would. Feel very bad for new residents moving in - they will be gaslighted and manipulated by management. Management doesn't give any cares. You want mice? Feel free to live here. You want maintenance repairs that will never happen? Come on down. Spend your money somewhere else. Everything is broken, nasty, filthy.

Really pretty spaces, great location (not far from anything, not in the rougher parts either), great staff. Everyone's super helpful, but Gio has always gone above and beyond- whatever I need, he's on it ASAP so it's been great being here!
While filling out my application I was a bit confused in some areas but was helped by the lovely Esther. She was very kind and welcoming, answering my question in a very clear manner. Overall I was pleased with my experience and was glad that the Assistant Property Manager was there.
I really like the location here. The upkeep of the property is great. Amenities are nice here.
I love the maintenance crew here! They are fast, professional and super polite! They even wore shoe covers like I asked!
Every time Ive had a problem its been resolved immediately. I just had an issue with a partial power outage and it was fixed within the hour of reporting it
I moved out of this apartment nearly five months ago, but my nightmare with Windsor Communities continues. After leaving the apartment, I received notice that Windsor would be keeping my entire security deposit and sending me an additional bill of $148 for vaguely worded, nonspecific issues. I called the number provided, and an employee at the central billing office was unable to meaningfully explain the bill. I told him that I’d like to dispute it, and he promised me that someone would follow-up with me. Several weeks later, I never heard back from Windsor but was instead called on a Friday night be an incredibly rude debt collector that Windsor apparently sold my information to without ever explaining my bill. The experience of living in this building wasn’t much more pleasant. Despite the faux luxury appearance of the lobby and central areas, the units are poorly constructed and ridden with maintenance issues. We had several multi day stretches without hallway lights in my building, and my apartment had a repeated loud, thumping noise above the bathroom that maintenance was never able to fix despite several attempts.

Beautiful place, good location but advertised prices vs actual quotes once you apply feel very bait and switch like and it was difficult to get the leasing office to take responsibility.

my wife & i moved to hanover platt park in october. from the time of our initial visit, we were immediately brought in as "family" and i couldn't say more good things about the facility and the entire staff! they are beyond amazing!! chelsie, aimee & sean are always there and always have an answer (or get one quickly) and all with a stellar attitude! we are always well informed as to things happening in the building and i can't imagine how many packages & deliveries they deal with on the regular!! to sum it up... they are THE best. period. #hanoverplattparkRULES
We absolutely love living here at Hanover Platt Park, it has everything on-site you could need and short walking distance to everything else. We moved from Phx back in May and Aimee and the rest of the leasing staff have gone out of their way ever since. I highly recommend stopping by and taking a tour for yourself, the theater room is my favorite but the whole property is top notch..
My husband and I have lived at Hanover since April when the building was still under construction. Some of the other feedback is accurate in that construction in certain areas did take longer than anticipated (the pool and theater). However, I think this is to be expected with any construction site, and the staff tried to be as communicative as possible through the transitions. The management team at Hanover is truly fantastic and professional in every way. I interact most often with Chelsie and Aimee, who are both extremely friendly, helpful, and take their jobs seriously. The Hanover management and maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and efficient. We have contacted management and maintenance a couple of times with issues, which have been resolved with ease. The location is perfect, you’re within walking distance to great restaurants on Pearl, within 15-20 minutes of most neighborhoods in Denver, and the surrounding areas (Centennial, DTC, etc.) The neighborhood is quiet and you hardly ever have noise disturbances. Like any apartment, the walls are fairly thin, and you will hear neighbors from time to time. The apartments themselves are very nice, modern, and well designed. The garage entrance/exit is definitely tight and you do have to pay attention. Overall, we love living here! It is very expensive, however that’s to be expected for a new build in Denver. I highly recommend Hanover- it’s clean, well maintained, and has excellent staff!
I happened upon Hanover Platt Park when I was trying to go to a different place. I am so glad I spotted the now open sign! From the tour, through move in, and the past several months of living here this has proven to be a great choice. Aimee is so friendly, knows every resident, and really cares about making this community feel homey. I would absolutely recommend.
From the beginning, we have enjoyed living at Hanover Platt Park. We have been here for over 7 months, and we are planning to continue living here until we buy a house. Months back, we had an issue with noisy, non-compliant neighbors. The management team here at Hanover was immediately on top of things - they handled the situation in a professional manner, and followed the policies they listed in our lease (we all know there are places that don’t). As for the more “fun talk”, the staff plans fun events every month - wine and cheese nights, pool parties, Easter eggs hunts, Halloween themed parties, etc. It is wonderful to live in a place that sees the importance of creating a community. Overall, we love the cleanliness of the buildings, the timely manner in which maintenance/other issues are handled, and the friendly and welcoming management team/staff. We would highly recommend Hanover Platt Park as a future home for YOU!
The garage entrance/exit is a total disaster, trying to get in and out is a mess. I have already scratched the side of my car while trying to exit and someone else was coming in. The pool looks nice but is way too small for the size of the complex. 2 lights in our kitchen constantly flicker and after maintenance has tried replacing the light bulb twice, which hasn’t worked, we have realized it they were probably wired incorrectly. This apartment complex has some positives but for the price is honestly not worth it. We will not be renewing our lease. We would rather pay more somewhere else that actually warrants it.
Caution: ANYTHING MANAGEMENT TELLS YOU, MAKE SURE YOU GET THEM TO WRITE IT DOWN IN THE LEASE OR RECORD THE CONVERSATIONS. Management will take liberties in making promises and do not have a problem breaking them without any recourse. I must admit, it pains me to write such a damning review of this apartment complex because I personally like the local management, however, I have noticed since the day we moved in here, one promise after another has been broken. We are now 6 months into a lease for a “premium” apartment with a pool view that has been under construction the whole time. We first looked at this property during the construction phase in August 2018. Leasing agents sold us on this property saying that by Decemeber 2018, everything would be ready. At the last minute in December, after signing a lease, we were told it would not be ready until January 2019, then February 2019, then March 2019. Of course the pool or theatre was still not ready in March. In March, we were told “it will be ready by Memorial Day, the traditional opening of pool season.” Well, it is now June and the pool is still not open. Because I did not want to write a bad review of a business without first giving them the opportunity to correct the issue, I voiced this above complaint to local and regional management. They offered a very meager remedy which came with several strings we were not comfortable signing. So in sum, I paid extra to look at a construction area. I even held off writing this review hoping they would reapproach us saying they now understood the issue and want to make it right. I hope after reading this, someone from management realizes that breaking deadline after deadline with no recourse to residents is not a good business practice. During conversations, they have been quick to offer reasons why they could not make the deadlines/promises they made to residents but have been very slow (read: non existent), in making concessions to the residents. They have done well in leasing up this building and making money based on unfulfilled promises and a lack of sympathy for the residents.
