Overall has been a good living experience. The place is kept clean, tenants tend to respect each other for the most part. As long as you take any issues you have to management in the main office they tend to get resolved rather fast. They are reasonably priced for what they offer.

The ladies In the front office are amazing and that’s the only reason I’m giving this place 1 1/2 stars. I would not recommend these apartments because it needs a remodel and fixing REAL bad. I can tell a lot of stuff gets painted over and not actually fixed. My a/c in the bathroom was leaking for MONTHS. I put in 10 work orders and all they did was temporary fixes that lasted a week or less most times. That caused the a/c in my apartment to barely blow air so my a/c was on 50 degrees most of the time and it was still 80 or 85 in the apartment! Which cause my bills to be HIGH. They finally fixed it and replaced it after telling them my ceiling was caving in because of the leaking water and it’s a safety hazard. In the beginning I constantly was having water pressure issues , it got to the point where It wasn’t any water coming out the faucets at night time. On the outside of the buildings they put these black covers under the balconies and stairs which made the apartment look like it’s under construction but nothing is getting worked on. The walls are THIN you can hear any and everything outside. If someone is outside talking it sounds like they’re standing on your balcony. The apartment across the street always got some mess going on / always shooting , which I understand this apartment can’t control but yea like I said would not recommend . I understand you get what you pay for but for all the troubles I’ve had with this apartment it’s not worth it & it’s way over priced especially since only the 2 bedrooms have washer and dryer connections. Once again, lovely ladies in the front office especially the one who helped me when I was moving in. I still have 6 months left with my lease so this probably won’t be the last review.

I love my apartment just wished I would have gotten an upstairs compared to the downstairs one I’m in now. The noise upstairs is too much (playing basketball, shouting, and overall noisy) If any upstairs apartments are available please consider me for it. If you all have an townhouse that would be even nicer. Enjoy your day !!

The management is great. We could use more security but overall the apartment complex is very laid back. But the apartment can use some upgrades.

Poor management, apartment has rats and all they do is patch holes. Crime is bad. Broken gates and only have two maintenance working the whole complex. Warning you stay away . No luxury at all . Maybe one section has hardwood floor but that’s because it burned down previously!!
Poor management, poor maintenance, roaches and knats, holes In walls not fixed properly, foundation issues causing cracks in walls and doors not closing properly. Entrance gates were broke half the time allowing anyone access to the complex. Stay away, far away! Lots of crime in the complex as well, from gunshots to vehicles being broken into and robbed.
This apartment are bed bug infested crime infested rude staff nothing luxury about them I can't wait on my lease to be up
The apts are quiet in the front but nosey neighbors There is no parking. They are not improving like apts around but the rent is going up.
