Great place to live! Recently moved into a 1 bed 1 bath. The apartment is super spacious, excellent views from a huge balcony, facilities are good and the location is pretty awesome - next to a bus stop, close to grocery stores, markets etc. The staff is super helpful and friendly (shout-out to Laila!). Overall, great place to live, rent is good, neighbors are nice! Definitely recommend as a place to live in.

The building I am in and the unit I am in could use a renovation, having an elevator in the building would be nice build an elevator and the playground needs some work done. Other than that I think it’s a great apartment for working busy people who don’t have time to enjoy the community amenities,

Don't come here all of your packages will be stolen. There's a lot of crime cops are here every other week. The smoke alarms go off about once every other month always while you're sleeping. I would not recommend living here.

The Pines, gives the feel of both community and country living. It within burnsville but yet feels so country. I look out to a small woods and can't see the houses at the top and makes it feel just like I am in the country. I have a patio and my living room is huge. I came from a 500 sq ft property downtown. THis is just so spacious. Enjoy it.

Great quiet community to live in. Neighbors are great , I do stick to myself but the community and surrounding areas is wonderful! The office staff are amazing and very attentive and caring about their tenants. I really do appreciate them.

Not great but not terrible. Maintenance needs improvement, front office is slow to respond, and package delivery is not secure. I would say living here for more than a year is too much to deal with.

They're doing the bare minimum, not maintaining but rather partially fixing after the fact. The worst maintenance I've experienced since living in apartments. Over all a low budget operation, meanwhile we pay top dollar to live in a junky, poorly managed & maintained property. Completely dissatisfied. I will not be renewing my lease!

Cockroaches galore! You are expected to move everything out of your cabinets on a monthly basis to keep Cockroaches at a minimum but must request this service or live with the bugs. Even if service is requested you may not hear back from anyone.
The Pines is great and are usually very fast at fixings things.
I like it here. Its a good place to live a good life.

I applied with a roommate my side got approved hers did not I had to play phone tag to get the bad news I was thinking I could reapply apply by my self In 90 days but was told otherwise else I guess they have the assumption your gonna move that person in ? The apartments are older and need work done. They have done facelifts in many units but I still notice maintenance issues that are not simple fixes. On the plus side the reputation has improved with a better community, a wonderful staff and management. We enjoy the pool which is well kept. The shared laundry machines can have frequent maintance issues.
Playground area behind 1008 is noisey from 6am to well past 11pm summer time. Normally I like noise/kids but this is over bearing daily. Glad their is a playground on complex. It should be further away from the building. Properity could use a ground keeper.
