Pinehurst Place Apartments

I’ve lived here for 9 months, the first 6 months were just fine. I think I saw maybe two roaches the entire time. The last few months now have been RIDICULOUS! It’s disgusting. My house is clean, I’m not a dirty person. Let me tell you… 1. Found a roach in MY HAIR after I woke up. 2. A Roach decided to travel in my jacket to work with me only to have SOMEONE tell me I had a roach on me!!!!!! 3. Roach fell out of nowhere just NOW and landed on my head. Ewwwwww. (This is the reason I am finally writing a review). 4. Just killed two roaches within the past hour. 5. This is not including the many times I’ve killed them before. I literally counted one week, and I’m not kidding when I say that I killed one EVERY single day of the week / weekend at one point! Yes, I’ve asked them to spray and they have more than once. IT IS NOT WORKING! I’ve called and even sent an email to the entire management staff, have I heard back from them?? Nope! Go figure. I cannot wait until I get out of these apts! The only good thing about these apts is the maintenance crew! They come out the same day or next to repair whatever I’ve submitted! Other than that, peace out come March if not before!

In the years that I have lived here, management has been really helpful. My neighbors are kind, hard working people. The neighborhood school, Shands Elementary has been exceptional. Also I enjoy the convenience of traveling from here.

Great place to call home! Pinehurst Place is a great place to call home. The office team is professional and genuinely care. Laura, the front office agent, makes living here even more wonderful. She’s so polite and every time I have questions or concerns, she makes it a point to get things done. The maintenance team is awesome, they respond to my request fast. Its clean and quiet. I love it here!

Moving during a pandemic is difficult! The staff made it super easy and everything was ready when I got here.

The property is so quiet, and well kept! Anthony and the office staff are so nice and quick to help you, and the amenities are spot on. It’s like a hidden gem tucked right here in the heart of all the action! I’m loving this place!

I moved here over 8 years ago. I downsized from a 4 bedroom 2 story house and had a deep concern about finding something nice after living in a house my whole life. I gave the apartment life 2 years before I would get another house... needless to say, almost nine years later and I am still here. I think I might be a bit spoiled because I love not having to take care of issues that come with owning a house. It's quiet here and they are constantly making improvements. The grounds are immaculately kept, I like the cleanliness of the place. I would highly recommend this property. It is in a good location, close to shopping, and easily accessible to both I635 and I30 highways. It is really good community to live in.

I love my apartment Complex! The leasing office are very nice. It's a nice quiet complex with easy access to the highway.

In the time I have lived here, I have watched as the management has continually made improvements. I have had "break down" problems that all get fixed. I love the accessibility to the city. I also appreciate the care my littlest one receives from her Shands Elementary School teacher. And I enjoy my neighbors...we are all hard-working folks!

When I first moved in which was a year and half ago, I didn’t have any problems & that could be because I paid my rent on time and never had to deal with the property manager. First, the property manager is extremely rude and should not be working with the general public. Second, she doe not do her job effectively, my ventilation system in my apartment has black mold in it. The first time I informed the property manager she sent maintenance out and all he did was clean my bathroom with bleach and told me the next time it happen just... clean it with bleach. The problem go worst, the mold eventually grew through my vents, I spoke with the other leasing agent in the office and it took 3 days for them so send someone. After the maintenance man came and cleaned the vents and replaced to, I noticed that It was still mold in my vents. I took the vents off and saw mild all in the vents. I then informs the front desk leasing agent about the mold and that the problem was only covered and not fixed. I decided that I couldn’t stay in the apartment and went to live with my cousin hoping the issue would get resolved, it didn’t. That’s is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Trust you can find a better place to live. The last 2 photos are the photos of my vent and what it looked like. Imagine me cutting my air on and that’s what the air has to past through to cool or heat the rest of the home.

We had a 6 month lease with our apartment because we were only going to be in town until the end of October. We got our final statement and we had no idea that they were going to charge us with so many things. They charged us for cleaning, which we had already done before we left. They charged us for utilities after we had already paid them. The whole time we lived at our apartment, there was a trench right out in front of our building on each side of the sidewalk. We had roaches coming out of the vent in the bathroom. Don't waste your time on this place.

Renting at Pinehurst Apartments will get you the following amenities: roaches, water turned off on weekly basis for repairs, broken down washers/dryers,overflowing trash in the bins, limited parking, burnt out lights on stairwells, poor landscaping (really walk the grounds and look for yourself) entrance gate that is often broken/left open, simple code on gate, Two pools where anyone can come swim at, no screens on patio doors and most windows, old AC units. Gates facing the street often left ajar so anyone can get on the property. The list goes on and on.

It's a nice quiet complex with easy access to the highway. The grounds are taken care of properly and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. The rent is affordable and the apartment is spacious for the price.

I love my apartment Complex! The leasing office are very nice. I love my apartment. Just enough room for me and my daughter. Hardwood floors, black appliances, I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!
