A peaceful place to live. Near UCR so great option for us college students! Totally recommend!
Good community! The management is run well. Close to the campus if your a UCR student. Def recommend!
Lived here for the past year, nothing to complain about. Good environment, all buildings are in a gated community and theres a rec center with a ping pong and foosball table. Management is also very reliable, I never have any problems contacting the landlord.
I have been living here for about 2 years. The new management company is called Deprez and sons. They usually respond fairly quickly to maintenance requests and upkeep the property. Pros - the apartment is bigger than the other 2b and 2bath, walking distance to UCR, centralized AC, and well maintained. There is no pool. But there is a public pool across the street.
I have been here for two years. The manager is always unreachable. Never been in the office, Never pick up the call, never reply your text message. The security cam is not working. So theif like here. Someone just got into my car night and stole everything out of my car.
I was recently a resident at here, which is part of Full Spectrum Property Management. Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very poor. I almost don’t know where to begin, so let’s go roughly chronologically. Before moving in, I was contacted a Riverside student already living in the unit wanted to stay an extra week. I was fine with this, and the management agreed to clean half of the apartment before I moved in, and the rest after the student left. When I arrived the the apartment was in terrible condition. There were tomato stains on the kitchen, stains all over the rug, and even the toilet was not clean. Blinds were missing, and I had to add flaps and other material to seal the front door. Otherwise, bugs could easily crawl in. When the student departed, her room and kitchen area were never cleaned. Despite requesting a garage well in advance, it was not ready when I moved in. When available, it was dirty, and an outlet was malfunctioning. One of the perks to getting a garage was the extra parking space. A couple months later, I got a letter complaining that my students parking there were in someone else’s spot. Apparently, the management reassigned my spot without telling me! When I originally moved in, I was told that utilities were free but this was false. Only water and trash were free. Perhaps if I had been given a copy of my lease after signing, I would have realized this, but despite a promise to give me a copy and repeated reminders, I never received one until after I had moved out. A couple months into my lease, I was asked to put gas into my name, and I mentioned that I wasn’t paying for any utilities except internet. This would have been a great time to let me know that I also needed to pay the electric bill. Instead, Full Spectrum Management “discovered” that I had a large, outstanding electric bill over a month after I left. They then canceled my security deposit refund check to pay for this without letting me know just as I deposited it, resulting in a bank fee in addition to the electric bill. My electricity went out multiple times (there was no blackout in the area). Rain hit large metal fans just outside my window, creating a disruptive noise. Finally, the dryer machine in the apartment puts out lots of foul smelling humidity, and the door to the laundry room was broken (and was not fixed). I strongly recommend that Full Spectrum Property Management rentals be avoided. There are many better choices in the area.
