Persei at Pike and Rose

New to the PerSei! Great location, great community, and clean environment. The amenities are sufficient, and the gym is a great asset. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance turnaround time is pretty fast; I currently have an AC issue, but they worked quickly to get me accomodations. I only wish the elevator near my apartment was working, but hopefully soon. Overall, beautiful apartment, great staff, and we love it here!

Not a pleasant living experience, complaints are not taken seriously. Parking garage is always unbearably hot and constantly smells like sewage. Leasing office lacks communication. I’m not renewing solely based off of the lack of communication from the leasing management

communication could be better, emergency response could be more efficient, too much construction going on around the building, there are plenty of police officers around.

Fantastic living at The Residences at Pike & Rose. It is a safe neighborhood with well lit streets, security personnel, fine and specialty dining, shopping and various entertainment. Farmers Market is now open every Saturday during the summer. The pool at the Pallas, PerSei and the Henri are now open with new poolside furniture. A lifeguard is always on duty from 10am-8pm. Private and secure parking, concierge service in main lobby, gym, and newly refurbished lobbies. The residence lounges have been completely refurbished and each apartment house offers monthly events with an opportunity to meet your neighbors. So many amenities, ideally located and the best staff provide a relaxed atmosphere for hassle-free living. I highly recommend The Residences at Pike & Rose for the best in apartment living.

I love my new Persei apt. The leasing staff made move from Henri seemless. Maids maintenance are friendly.work hard. My neighbors are friendly. And I am even closer to Metro. So many new restetsunts all the time. My friends family love Persei and Pike and Rose.

Beeping still occurs in entrance way. Occasionally this area will also smell of a strong plumbing oder. Cleaning service is very friendly and works hard to ensure appearance does not reflect this.

If this was based off of location I would give a 5. I wanted to live the building but have had way too many issues with appliances breaking or not working correctly.

The Persei at Pike & Rose is the worst place to live. The garbage smell in the building is unbearable. All the restaurants use the same dumpster and the smell travels to the vents in each apartment above. Not to mention how terrible the office management is .... Just find another place if you can.

Awesome place to live. I've been here 11 years. Management is great! Leisure activities are good. Food at restaurants are good especially the Summer House.

The concierge and maintenance people are very knowledgeable and helpful. The leasing office staff however, did not give a tour or give accurate information for check in day among other short comings.

Great apartment complex in a cute neighborhood. Quick service for repairs and easy package access. Pool and workout room are also some of my favorite utilities that are always clean

My apartment is great and the neighborhood has many great shop and restaurant options. Maintenance and management are not as good as they were a few years ago. It’s often difficult to get ahold of management if you have an issue and sometimes they just ignore you. Maintenance sometimes leaves my front door unlocked and lights on after performing work when I’m not home.

The mailroom is always causing trouble, hopefully renovations will fix this, and the constant beeping when entering is very bothering - it is NEVER off.

The leasing made everything easy to understand. And worked fast and tirelessly. I love my new location. The elevators right next to my apt. I love my patio that goes to the pool and lobby. Neighbors, concierge super friendly. Clean apt

Great clean and quiet community Only issues i will say is the odor at the garage very unpleasant. There is a leak as well coming in to the garage hasn’t been fixed for months

Wonderful neighborhood with great shops and places to eat. I had an issue with emergency maintenance the other month, but when I brought it up to management they promptly addressed it.

Easy process to get started! Neko was helpful and was very flexible with my schedule! Everything was done remotely and the process was seamless!

Terrific community to reside as the staff at PerSei is the best- - friendly, courteous, helpful and always very professional in providing five star service continually! We are excited to renew our lease and look forward to many more years. We have made friends with residents who have been here since the PerSei open its doors 10 yrs ago which exemplifies the fantastic service of the Greystar staff menbers. Thank you for making this our “happy place”!

Great Gym and nice looking lobby. The concierge is very friendly and the location has nice, local amenities. Parking is convenient and a little proocy

My resident experience has been truly excellent! I have very much enjoyed my dealings with the staff which has been very congenial, courteous and professional.

I love living at the Persei. There are so many things to do. Every day I look forward to fellowshipping with my neighbors and it is a pleasure to enjoy entertainment on the weekends.

It’s been a great experience living here. Maintenance has been great as well. Only thing I’ll need fixed is the smell in the garage and the elevators are constantly breaking. If these issues are fixed, the complex would be perfect

I love living at Pike and Rose. There’s so many great spots within walking distance. My apartment is great and the pool is usually very quiet. My main negative is the quality of the office staff and maintenance the past couple years. Office staff are often times not responsive or forget to email you back. Maintenance has left my front door unlocked a few times while I was at work.

Unresponsive leasing agent, hard to get in touch with, made many errors with paperwork during move in. Poor communication generally by leasing office. Notwithstanding the issues with the leasing office, concierge and maintenance staff are great. Common areas of building smells like garbage in the summer. Walls are a little thin.

The apartment will not uphold your lease agreement; it will terminate it without confirming with you and put it up on the market for a higher rent.” I signed a lease agreement to move into a new unit in Persei and 7 days before my current lease is up and I am getting ready to move into the new unit, the leasing office emails me saying the tenant is not going to move out. While I was understanding that they now can’t physically force them to move out, the issue is that (1) they terminated the contract without confirming with me and put it up on market for a higher rent (on top of that, now another person - like me - will think it will be available) (2) the current resident that is not moving out has been delinquent in their rent for a long time (saw a notice in their door) so Persei should’ve gotten a written confirmation that the resident was going to move out a head of time instead of making me sign a contract they knew they will probably not uphold (3) more importantly, they did not do anything to help AND they told me they will increase the rent in my current unit.

While the location is great, the move in and leasing process was very difficult. It took calling for 2 weeks straight to finally be able to speak to someone over the phone. The apartments appearance are also nice - however the status of our apartment was very disappointing with many broken items that need repaired. During the first week we moved in, we parked our garage in the resident garage parking and discovered that sewage was leaking from the pipes that are above many parking spots. That part is unacceptable and unsanitary and makes the garage very difficult to use safely.

Went to see an apartment, was given a quote at the start of the tour. By the end of the tour they increase the rent by 40 dollars. Proceeded to apply for the apartment and everything was good until they notified me that my background check came back as fraud and they did not bother to explain why it was flagged. They then proceeded to accept my application but required two months rent for a security deposit. I tried to talk to them to see how I can prove this is not fraud but said there was nothing they can do. I asked for my inital 500 deposit back and they said it will take 45 days for them to return it. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of them. I would have to call the front desk to be able to get transfer to the leasing office to be able to get a hold of someone. When I finally got a hold of someone, they would give me attitude. The property is beautiful but it's run by a horrible management company.

When you lease here, you are paying for appearances. The location and surface level of the apartments are what should be considered luxury apartment living. The actual bones of the units are garbage and will require numerous visits by the maintenance team to keep the units livable. Management is clueless and knows nothing about customer service or how to manage satisfaction or expectations of the tenants. Living here has been incredibly frustrating in our brief stay here.

Location - Really nice and convenient, especially if you take public transportation. Facilities - convenient onsite gym and I'm sure the pool would've been nice if it wasn't closed because of covid. Maybe not their fault but my packages are often "delivered" but the front desk will tell me nothing came for me. Building - the walls are paper-thin. Several residents have dogs. One of my neighbors is (I'm guessing) practicing the piano. Two have kids who are home all day. At least one often "disciplines" their kids quite loudly. Staff - communication is horrible. The leasing office has several numbers but if you call 9/10 times no one will pick up. Or respond to your voicemail. Or respond to your email. If they do, they will tell you that your question/issue is better suited for someone else in another department who they will transfer you to only to have them not pick up or call you back. Another issue is one staff member will tell you one thing only to have someone to tell you another. Some of the policies don't make any sense and are horribly inconvenient. The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful. All in all, I don't think it's worth moving here

Overall its a good place to live. Location is fabulous.

PerSei is a great place to live with easy access to all of the stores and shops you need. I love the how quiet it is here!

Maitenance hasnt resolved our issue and its been over 10 months.

Area is great. Staff of the residences at the pike and rose are lackluster. Some are stellar, but a few of the personnel get irritated when you ask them questions/raise concerns.

PerSei at Pike and Rose is a beautiful unique living experience with all the amenities you can think of around you and steps away. You actually feel as though you are living in a world of your own.

I would never recommend Persei

I would like to see the carpets on the hall of my floor to be cleaned with more frequency. Some of the residents when they take the garbage of their apto, they let some liquid from the garbage and stay on the carpet of the hall of the floor. I like the environment clean and organize.

Persei has been great so far - the Luxor package pick up, quick maintenance response, nice features and amenities, and location. So happy!

Maintenance is unprofessional, has no respect for tenants personal properties and does not compelete work to an even subpar standard.

Just moved in and so far I'm loving it! Great location, friendly responsive staff, nice neighbors. And i love the layout -- I get some much natural light in, I can tell the atmosphere has made me a bit happier overall.

The PerSei at Pike and Rose will not disappoint. The location, amenities and community events have made living here a truly great experience

Pike and Rose can be a great place to live while enjoying the amenities, if the leasing office staff provide better customer service.
