Property Ratings at Peakview Trails
6 yr old property on its second owner. Raising rents yearly. Maintenance work no longer completed in a timely manner. Residents very nosey and intrusive, excessive gossip and a resident drunk that is after the women. Women gang up on each other and employees, tell lies, make false complaints and create a very unpleasant atmosphere in the building. Appliances are cheap and already wearing out, breaking down and having to be replaced. Rent checks are not deposited in a timely manner and sometimes sit undeposited for a month.
