Property Ratings at Parque at Bellaire
I’ve been living here for about 2 years it was great at first then something change the grounds looks horrible. The big black bold man who suppose to be working but never do I have repeated call the office for the same work order leak and nothing is. Done I’m not renewing my lease not to mention there are roaches lots of them and the pools are greens dog poo is everywhere. They allow weed smoking and selling drugs on property they only want your money. Yvonne is nasty with her mouth she needs to go! Cici is sweet and try to get every complaint done. Someone is always hitting the gate pole oh mold here as well notjing gets fix here
This property is great. I love how my 1 bedroom is set up and how clean it was when I moved in. The outside is wonder and kept. Maintenance is on point. The management is wonderful, all the girls are nice. The Manager Cicey, is so great, very knowledgeable about the property and she cares about her tenants. This has been on the best moves I have made.

The new staff and management are absolutely horrible, they have no idea what they are doing and it shows
Don’t move here don’t recommend prices are cheap but there is a reason for that. Rats, roaches, and management who clearly does not know what she is doing as well as her staff.
Been renting here, apartments seriously have a roach problem, management does not help whatsoever, I’ve been telling them and they keep saying they gonna send someone, they never do.
I moved here 6 months ago and at first it was fine, however they have rats!!! I let management know and they did nothing! Never moving here again!
I am not one to write reviews whether good or bad. I have been living here for 1 year now and I have decided to stay another year. Nikki is doing a great job of making this community as safe as possible and just great place to stay and love. I love the way the grounds are well kept and the pool is always clean. Now the apartments does need some upgrades, I have an awesome floor plan. Its really just a nice community where you can relax and unwind. I must give it to Miss Nikki, she tries to make sure everyone is happy.
I’ve been a resident for close to 7 years and I’ve seen some highs and lows behind a resident here. But the current office and maintenance staff - Ms Nikki and The Crew have been remarkable. They address your concerns in a very timely manner. The staff is very nice and pleasant.
I'm so glad Nikki and Ruby are back. I've lived here for 5 years. They always take care of me and whatever I need.
Why are they the worst you may ask? Because they are filled with bed bugs and roaches and i regret even moving here. Good looking apts though. No security.
Have lived on property for 2 years. very happy to call Parque at Bellaire my home . We have a new office staff that is extremely nice and helpful. Our maintenance crew is GREAT! They are always there when you call them. If you have pets ,there is a great PET PARK on the premises. Our children have great play areas and swimming pools. Community is close to lots of shopping and grocery stores. Come on! make Parque at Bellaire your next home.
Great to be called your sweet home, nice view really clean pets are welcome love the property customer service is awesome great maintenance and their is close by shopping center fire department is right next to me I'm so happy to call it my sweet home!
a nice place to rent but the office staff worst,not friendly, collude with towing company to get cars towed at owners expense
