I've had numerous issues that never seem to be able to get fixed. The office staff can be very rude and can't seem to help you with issues when brought up they have lied to me and when I've brought it up they didn't know what to say. They can update the outside but can't help fix the mold growing on the inside of apartments and get new windows and fill the gaps for the draft but nope. My advice don't waste your time or money seeing as it isn't worth it at all. Rent has continued to Increase without any changes.
I have been a long term resident at Parkway and have seen a lot of changes. The new management company is really doing a lot of great things here. Our roofs were just replaced as well as landscaping and signage improvements underway. They definetly need to do something about the pool furniture and add some grills or something. There is not anywhere to grill so that would be nice.( PLEASE ADD GRILLS) I enjoy the convenience to work and I 85.

This Apartment complex is in a great location.It is minutes from Concord Mills Mall, minutes from Charlotte and is situated near tons of shopping malls and stores.The schools are very good too.The apartments are very affordable for this area.The community is very safe & close knitted.Everyone is nice.It's very clean and well maintained.It is packed with great amenities- there is a pool, basketball court and onsite laundromat.The units are very spacious and updated.It's a great place to start off at.
