Have loved living here. Property tales care of the upkeep of the grounds and handled my past issues swiftly. New members of the team that have been added are very polite and go above and beyond to resolve any issues.
I have been here for 1 year and 2 months. I have read so bad reviews about Parkside Place, they must be at another Parkside Place. This place is nice and the staff and maintenance is excellence. When I have a problem or need help they are always willing to help. No problems for me...
While this could be a very lengthy review, I'll do my best to keep it very short and simple. On my day of move in I had already found a few problems with the apartment. I submitted tickets for these issues to get resolved, however a week later when maintenance finally came by, one of the issues had not been resolved and no attempt had been made to resolve it before the ticket was deemed closed. I opened another ticket and a few days later the maintenance guy came by again, he did some things and said he would be by the next day to verify that the issue is resolved.... He never came by. I called the leasing office only to be greeted by a woman who was rather disrespectful. Now I'm sure my town wasn't the happiest, but I do mind my pleases and thank you's. This woman seemed rather upset that I had any form of complaint to begin with and promptly hung up on me. With 2 weeks of trying to get an issue resolved... and its just not getting resolved, whilst also being disrespected the whole way... Not very impressive. I will admit that there are some people in the office that are helpful, there was a kind man who promptly solved a major issue for me. But it doesn't overshadow the lack of urgency and disrespect of other events. The apartment quality is okay, granite counters and stainless steel appliances look nice... But doors and door frames are all bent. Water pressure is low to the showers but insanely high to the sinks. Not really a complaint but some things I've noticed that are weird. As I am very big on respecting others, I will have to leave 1 star. In the future if things change, maybe my review will as well. But overall... I am not impressed and I rather regret moving here. I turned down a great complex I have lived in before to move here.
I have lived here over 2 years. Great community and helpful staff. Never have had an issue while staying here with my family.

The management is the worst in terms of communication to residents, problem solving and making the best decisions for the residents. Also, to find parking is very hard after 4 pm. I would recommend you to find any other place for living instead this one.

I am unsure of who you are since there is no name associated with this review and I am unsure of the reasoning behind why you feel this way. We are always communicating to the residents on a regular basis as to what is going on around the community, and at times we also send out notices to all doors depending on what the notification is regarding. If you are not receiving our emails, please reach out to us as you may have possibly unsubscribed to them. As for parking, I have never seen any parking issues at 4pm. Parking issues tend to happen when residents get off work to late into the night. You can experience parking issues at any community, not just here, especially when occupancy is at a higher level. If you would like a reserved parking space, we will be happy to speak with you about covered or garage parking. If you have any additional concerns that you would like to discuss, please know I am always available. Thank you!

During this historic winter event, we have been through power outage for 36+ hours and almost 3 days without water. I have been amazed and appreciative of the updates sent by the Manager,Kim, and her crew. When it became clear this wasn't a couple of hours inconvenience, they offered to put garage doors on manual until evening. Even if the news was not good, updates were honest and encouraging. It's easy to do a job well when everything is working. But really good people do the jobs to the very best of their ability when it's tough. Thank you, Kim and every office member and maintenance person.

Been here since May 2018 best apartment experience I’ve had so far in my 3rd floor 2 bedroom with my toddler son. Moving in I did have a minor issue with a cost discrepancy/misunderstanding. Since then however I’ve had only positive experiences with management. No pest control issues for me at all rarely do I see a pest and if I do it’s because I left my backdoor open. The host parties and events the end of summer party is so fun we’ve been the past two years. Also went to the Halloween party that was fun. Santa will be here next week. I rarely ever hear my neighbors. Have no plans of moving until I buy a home which is a first for me.
I recently leased with Park Side place and will be moving in this week. I work in the apartment industry and was very pleased with the customer service that I received from Tino. He was very sweet and knowledgeable about everything they have to offer. I originally had my move in date for Thursday, but wanted to move in a couple days earlier. Kim and Stephanie immediately emailed corporate to try and accommodate my request. I am so excited to be moving in here!! Danielle Garcia
Valentino was excellent with the tour we had today! He honestly sold me on the complex. As well as the wonderful amenities. They’re a tiny bit expensive but what apartment isn’t! :) Parkside place is my top choice when I move! Thank you Valentino!
This place is horrible this is the 3rd incident within 5months. My 7week old daughter is here in these apartments with her father a few days out of the week. Pest control came out to the apartment because the apartment had spiders, roaches and much more. As well and swamped with mosquitos. My daughter was bitten on the face. We went into the office to ask can his apartment be switched and the office manager told him no because they didn’t have any availability but according to their website they have plenty of availability. The hallways have never been power washed since he’s been there which has been since December. We are in the process of taking legal action when this could’ve simply been handled by switching apartments but they refuse to do so.
Parkside Place and Adara Communities deserve ZERO stars. I am currently trying to get out of my lease and possibly having to take legal action to do so, so I will update this once all is said and done. To keep it short and sweet- My apartment is infested with roaches. Do not move here!!
I have lived here since November 2016. Love the area it’s so close to everything. The pool is nice and so are the apartments. Previous managers have not been great but since Kim has taken over so many positive changes have happened. She is very helpful and really does care about these apartments and the residents. I’m very happy here.
I lived there for 3 years. 1st year was great. New management came in. 2nd and 3rd year were miserable. I would have left after the first year if I had known how terrible the new management is. Every month I go down to the office to pay rent, someone would be down there complaining about them. Management is terrible!! Did I mention that already?? Look for another place. Save the stress.
I love my cozy 3rd floor apartment here at Parkside. I have had nothing but a great experience so far and I've been here for almost a year. Not too sure what the negative reviews are about, but I've never had a pest control issue in my apartment and anytime there is something wrong in my apartment (which is very rare) maintenance is usually there the same day. I know there were recently some changes with the manager and some office staff, which seems to be for the better because now the breezeways are so clean and this makes me happy! Love all the amenities the community offers too. I definitely plan on renewing when my lease is up!
I recently toured and leased! I cannot wait to move in. I have a couple of friends who love it here and I visited before and enjoyed the pool and amenities. Thank you to Stephanie for making my tour enjoyable and being patient and helpful as I know I had 100 questions. Can't wait to move in!
Recently moved in and we are enjoying it. The pool is beautiful, just wished the other residents picked up after themselves. Overall, the staff is just amazing and helpful.

Love my apartment, amenities and staff! Stephanie is our go to as she is always so happy and ready to assist us however needed. I have absolutely no problems here. Online app can be challenging but that's something easily fixed. Thank you Parkside team for always helping us and taking great care of all our concerns, no matter how big our small.
I been here for 2 years and I love my apartment. I have a yard and my pooch loves having the yard! I have never had a pest control issue. They have sprayed my apartment routinely. The staff is amazing, especially Kim and Stephanie. They are always going above and beyond to assist me and my family. Their smiles are contagious. Thank you Parkside and Team for making our stay enjoyable.
Listen to the reviews! If you look at the dates the only good reviews they have are from 2 years ago, all of the recent reviews are horrible, just like this place. Please, the only reason I'm leaving a review is because I don't want others to go through what I went through. Management is horrible, parking is a nightmare, most buildings are infested with roaches, they never want to come fix anything when you put in a maintenance request... the list goes on. This place looks nice but once you start living there the harsh reality sets in. If I could give 0 stars I would.
The property is nice but declining. this is suppose to be a luxury apartment but it has no class. professionalism is a nonexistent word here if you do not believe me come and talk to some of the leasing agents. I am not sure where the agents are found but in reflection it could be anywhere. I am a firm believer if you can not treat me right maybe I should keep looking. I wish I would have not been smitten by the surface glamor and waited for a place that had some kind of standards on how they treat people. In my personal opinion I would be amazed if this management team does not change their policies fast either they will be gone or this place will be looking like ……. I am afraid to think about it. Either way I will be gone
Do Not rent from Adara Communities. Their apartments are infested with cockroaches. They do not fix leaks in the ceilings, and then the carpet is satcherated and your house and furniture smells like mildew since they will not fix the leaks or clean the carpets. We were there from Oct. 30, 2015 to Aug. 15, 2016 and after complaining SEVERAL times and taking pictures and calling the city about them, the managers FINALLY came by exactly one week before I moved out to look at the things I was complaining about. Not to metion the ceramic tiles fell off the wall in the shower starting in May 2016, and the next in July 2016. I called both times and NO ONE ever showed up to fix the gigantic holes. And because we couldn't take the gross neglegance of the complex and the management we moved out Aug 15. 2016 and broke our lease, and they turned us over to collections. These are just a few things. The list goes on. If you want pictures please reach out to me and I will show you what you are going to deal with.
When I first moved in the apartments were really nice. Now they are infested with roaches. A few months ago a noticed a few roaches and they treated. Now it's out of control. While in the bath in the daytime a roach will just crawl across the wall...very gross. The roach problem is so bad you can hear them at night......
The apartments are nice and new, the neighbors are quite, and the staff is awesome. The only thing I wish they would have done different is put windows on the stairway doors so we can make sure no one is on the other side about to get hit.

My apartments are new. The staff is amazing. The amenities are amazing. The view is amazing (if you have poolside). Sadly there are no elevators. But It's a true saying, "you get what you pay for" and Parkside Place is worth it.
