Parkline Chicago

Overall, Parkline is a great place to stay — modern, friendly, comfortable, clean, safe, and well-located. However, the Wi-Fi speed in the room was quite slow, which made it difficult to get work done or stream content. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

I just started my lease at Parkline, but so far the staff has been very helpful and accommodating! And the Loop location is very convenient.

Good experience after a month. The concierges are nice and helpful. The gym and pool are convenient. The apartment is fine and the outside is not too loud. Maintenance is almost immediately there to help.

It’s been great! I feel so safe, the place is comfortable, easy to navigate, and even the residents seem cool. I love it so far although I’m new to the building.

Great staff, great maintenance, great amenities. Literally EVERYRHING within a walking distance. Neighborhood can be tough at times, street/CTA noise is hard to get used to…

Love the apartment! Staff are all extremely welcoming and friendly - especially the front desk. Makes coming home so much nicer. Minor things but I wish the WiFi in the common areas was more reliable and the air vents on 18 made less noise when they randomly turn on/off. Both of these make the office rooms upstairs almost unusable for work and calls.

This building is very nice and the staff are the loveliest people. There is wonderful and easy access to all the different train lines since the building is right in the loop.

Pretty good! The amenity is really new and includes an indoor swimming pool. Staffs and leasing agents here are nice and friendly. They respond fast and are willing to help.

I’ve had a great year here. It’s so easy to make friends here and the amenities are nice. Chicago is a pretty gross place to live but living here is truly a luxury and I would’ve left a long time ago. I love Chicago so much now because there’s so many fun things to do and at the end of the day I go home to a beautiful, pristine place. The management and staff are the kindest people ever. I have so many good things to say about management here I could write a novel about it. Same with the concierge and cleaning staff. I always seem to get caught up in a fun conversation with them when I see them.

Parkline has been a great building for the last 2 years for me. It is close to everything in downtown Chicago and accessible to public transportation. My only piece of feedback is that the walls are thin - between units and in the hallway - which has kept me up late on several occasions. Staff is fantastic and has always made me feel safe, even when there’s activity in the city on busy weekends. Lastly - over my two years living here, it has become a bit more of a college-focused building vs young professionals given proximity to Booth and other programs.
