In my experience this apartment complex is very nice looks outdated a bit, but the inside of my apartment is very nice and modern. It is quiet neighbors are nice so far. Nothing to complaint about.

I do not live in these apartments, but the neighborhood behind them. There is constantly trash everywhere. All over the road and sidewalks. Apparently, there are not enough parking spots for residents so people line the street in the neighborhood. This place looks so trashy-it's embarrassing to live near this place.
I lived here since 2000 and see all the improvements the new owner as done. Anna the manager is kind and caring, every time I walk inside the office I feel welcomed and she is always helpful to everyone when we need her help. Ever since she took over the property there as been lots of improvements and a lot of bad people have left. It helps that she walks the property and inspects. I hope she stays here managing this property for a long time because I just renewed my lease.
Been living in this property since 2008, ever since new management took over it as changed in such a good way. In all this years living here Ana the manager as always helped me out, she is the only manager since I been living here that has actually cared to fix the things in my apartment. She is the only one that I see that actually walks the property and inspects.
I've been here bout 9mth n i like it its peaceful n quiet where i stay. Anna is very sweet n kind heart she help out a lot people that are in need of a place to live.
