After staying at parkvue for so many years im always treated with respect and care. I love staying here, except that most recently I have to travel far away to get my mail. Other than this, i have great staff and I feel safe here with security patrol and they can respond promptly if needed. Welcome aboard !

Park Vue is a very nice complex. I've lived here for a few months and they've been open and helpful in every step of the way. Most apartment complexes will try to sugarcoat things, hide things, to make you pay more. Park Vue has been open and upfront about payments and always willing to help me however they can.

Park Vue has been a tremendous experience since moving in. The management is great and are an example of what the standard of management for apartment complexes should be. They arent greedy overlords who want to hoard wealth, they are compassionate humans who want to help those that struggle financially. This is my third year at Park Vue. I love the place, parking is good and safe, big play ground for the kids, swimming pool, gym, food pantry and other services. l also love the way am treated and respected by the entire administration and I perfectly understand that no one is perfect. Park vue has been a home to me after living here about 9 years. However after staying here this long time, i'm beginning to experience some disappointments lately. For instance in the maintenance stand point, you could put an order for service or repair but they don't respond promptly, after couple of reminders then they will show up. Another thing is that, the stoves and refrigerators are getting old, have wear and tears, needs replacement with new ones. Otherwise, the management is great, they are friendly and welcoming, they are doing their best to serve everyone. Regardless of my minor negative view of this place, yet I recommend this place to everyone to call it home too.

The rent price is good and so is the location, but if you want anything fixed either wait several months or find a new apartment complex to live at. If you have more than one car? Look forward to walking extremely far, the inability to purchase another spot, and paying $2 a day for it when available, and if you call the after hours service look forward to getting laughed at for your issue like I did.

Please stay far away from these apartments. Management is happy to get you in here, but as soon as you are here, they do their best to forget about you and if you have any maintenance issues, expect to be waiting at least a month.

The gates haven’t worked since being installed. My car and my boyfriends car are constantly getting broken into or damaged because there is no cameras on the property that actually work besides the one by the office. There is always trash next to my parking stall and throughout the stair wells even though Ruth says maintenance does daily trash removal from the property except a few days of the week. There are 2 main hallways in my building with no lit stairwell area so it feels very unsafe at night walking up and down the stairs. I’ve already emailed her about it and it still hasn’t been fixed. You are paying super high rent for absolutely horrendous service.

I personally would not return to this apartment complex, not only is it extremely difficult to get maintenance issues fixed, but when given the keys to my apartment I was also given a broken washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and atop that an unsanitary home. I found syringe bottles in the dishwasher, slushy mold in the refrigerator, a microwave that’s was completely rusted out on the inside, and the list continues.

Park Vue is a great option for the price, the only problem is that the building floors are dirty and you will see police cars in the complex more often than you should.

Park vue is great place, close to businesses and to track station. However, the interior of the building needs to be renovated, including replacement of carpet and most of all, the security of the community should be a priority, surveillance cameras is very important and residents background should be checked periodically.

Overall, it is a great please to call it home. However management could not resolve after hours neighbors disturbing after several reports. Also, no cameras around. My apartment was ones broken into, and I lost great deal of valuables, due to lack of cameras in the apartment, no accountability was reported.

Absolute garbage. You walk outside there is garbage everywhere in the hallways in front of peoples apartments, dogs off their leashes, pit bulls running around.

Since I have been here over 5 years have always feel safe, except one time had someone broke in and took my laptop, and my neighbor upstairs, have been a challenge for being noisy late at night. After repeated behaviors. I have called police multiple times and reported to the management. However they have kept it to minimum. Overall , it's a great place to call it home. We are blessed with great management with Ruth being in charge.

Property staff are always willing to help and they are doing the right thing by making this place feel like a community. My son lives here and we had some concerns before he moved in and they were very attentive to our needs. Transportation is near by which helps when you do not have car.
