The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Park on 14th
New management is alright. the apartment complex's and units are terrible! Was promised a newly renovated unit but upon move in day, nothing was move in ready. The unit was still damaged from previous tenants, and living here for 6 months, almost nothing has been fixed. I've been told my apartment was top priority but keep getting pushed off due to needing to get other apartments move in ready. Almost 300$'s more in hidden fees are added, like a high CAM fee, when not one single "common" area is maintained. the laundry rooms are disgusting, Went to do laundry and found poop in one of the washers once. And It constantly smells like cigarettes in the halls. Extremely disappointed that I am living in and throwing away my money on an apartment that cant be fixed but will be fixed for whoever decides to move in after me, If that even happens.
Property Manager at Park on 14th, Responded To This Review
We are disheartened to hear that your experience at our community has not met either of our expectations. We strive to give 5 star services in every situation, but we have fallen short and we apologize. Please feel free to reach out or come to the office at your earliest convenience so that we can make this right moving forward. We appreciate your feedback.
Don’t live here. Lease is full of hidden fees, you’ll be paying much more than advertised. Power and water issues, always being turned off because they’re working on something. Constant changes in management and can’t keep a maintenance worker. Your packages will be stolen from your door, your car will be vandalized and the loud parties will keep you up most nights. This place is just the worst.
