Great location in Uptown Hoboken near Trader Joe’s, the ferry, and 2nd to last bus stop before Port Authority. The building has great amenities and I love the view from my apartment.

There are pros and cons to this building. The neighborhood is great. The front door team is great. Unfortunately, our rent has gone up almost 40% since moving in, the appliances are cheap and poorly maintained, there isn’t a ton of follow through.

There have been on issues since living here. It is a good building with good amenities. The gym is above average for being a building gym. It’s nice to have ball court.

Overpriced. Inability to even sublet or pay fine to get out of lease early. Decline in management and experience. Kids play room is very disappointing. Pool was dirty all summer.

wonderful building. Amenities and staff are incredible from summer time pool to the year round basketball court. I love the redesigned workspaces on the 4th and M floor and spend many weekday hours here in my "office".

Community is great with an amazing maintenance crew and pleasant staff. Concerns are generally addressed very quickly. Food trucks visit the building and events happen regularly. Only thing to note that I don't like is that the north tower is next to a major road for entering/leaving Hoboken and at night there is a lot of traffic.

I've lived at Park & Garden since July 2021 and we've had a great experience so far. Building is beautiful and amenities are very nice. Uptown Hoboken is a clean, quiet, safe area just steps away from the bus into Manhattan so my commute is only 30 minutes door to door each morning.

We have liked living here and the community in the building has been really welcoming. We can’t say enough good things about the team at the front desk and the porter and maintenance teams. There are certainly some significant pitfalls to living in this building, but we do really love the front desk, porters, and maintenance teams. We would not continue to live here without them.

We love living here because of the wonderful members of staff. The maintenance, porter, and leasing office teams attend to all of our needs promptly and with care. We also adore the concierge team who make our lives easier in every way. Rich, Shane, and Sedrick provide friendly faces to greet you and chat with, but they also act as the liaisons for the building as a whole. They make living here great!

The amenities are great, but the building staff is even better. The front desk concierge team does a great job and we cannot say enough about their hospitality. My family and I have been residents for a year now and are very happy in Park and Garden. The location is great. It is always clean. The doormen and staff are super friendly (shout out to Richard and Grace). We will be here for a long time.

We moved into P+G in May 2020 without having seen the apt in real life due to covid restrictions. High risk! But we could not be happier. The staff are really friendly, and helpful. The building is very clean and well cared for. The planting in the communal areas is always lovely (does this make me seem old?). There are great amenities (a pool, courtyard, BBQs, playroom, several shared spaces to work from). The building recently renovated the lounges to make them more compatible with the post-pandemic work from home reality - assing desks with charging ports etc. A really thoughtful touch! The staff often host little events like free tastings in the lobby etc. Its a very kid & dog-friendly building too. The staff here do a great job. Big thumbs up!
