Park + Ford has beautiful well up kept amenities. Maintenance is very responsive and the cleaning crew is super friendly and efficient. There are several floor plans to choose from, a large dog area for your fur babies and frequent resident activities.

Living here has been great. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Neighbors are great and the building is fairly quiet. I’ve lived here for three years and haven’t had any issues.

Living here has been great so far. We love the gym and how well the building is maintained. We also enjoy the floor to ceiling windows. The Dash bus is convenient too. Overall happy with our decision to move here

Amazing place to stay, great amenities, and R&B vibes all day, say less! The gym has great equipment and the lobby is always kept clean for guests and residents to enjoy. The game room is a neat amenity to have when playing video games get boring at home.

We are going to the 3rd year that we have been living in P&F. The convenience of having everything close to the area makes it a nice choice to live here. Every person who works in P&F is very professional and caring. The amenities are great and the privacy a plus.

Very clean community but an overwhelming amount of pets through both buildings. This is not a kid friendly complex although children do reside here.

I lived at P&F for a little over two years and definitely recommend it. I was looking for a nice, quiet, well-managed, and clean apartment and this was it. The management, concierge, and maintenance team were all great and eager to help or fix a problem. The cleaning team also deserves a shout out for keeping the property well-maintained. I decided on this apartment because of the quietness, location, and aesthetic. The buildings are converted office buildings which means there is poured concrete on the floors and ceilings, adding an extra layer of soundproofing between your upstairs and downstairs neighbors. As someone who is distracted and bothered by footfall noise, I was very happy with P&F. The property has a lot of amenities including a game room, dog park, and dog wash. All of which are top tier. If you’re looking for a nice, new, well-maintained, well-managed, and good looking apartment check out P&F!

It’s been great here! We have a dog and she loves the dog park and the amenities are great. The apartments having hard wood floors makes it so much easier to clean and all of the staff are very kind and helpful. Looking forward to spending some years here!

Parking gates often not working. Who’s the mgr? She’s never speaks or leaves her office. App to open our doors stopped working. Faulty sprinklers. Fire alarms don’t go off on all floors so there’s that.

Started off rocky due to residents smoking in the building. Weed that is. That's calmed a bit and now I smell cigarette smoke that gives me a headache. Concierge service on the night and weekend shift is not worthy of what is being paid for in my opinion. Day shift is good.

Park and Ford has been a great place to live. The other residents are friendly and respectful. The staff is amazing; always helpful and willing to address concerns quickly. I wish some of the amenities were open later but I’m sure the building has its reasons.

Can't rave enough about the building. We moved here from Pentagon City because the building had so many amenities - private working spaces, conference rooms, golf simulators, free coffee, clean gym and tonnes of outdoor spaces. Love it!

The amenities, cleanliness, service and the staff everything is amazing! Thus far my experience has been great. All staff has been amazing and very helpful. I moved here from the south so I’m probably a little bit more friendly than many other residence as I’ve noticed that when I say hello, they don’t often respond, but that’s OK.

Awful experience overall. Rent is so high and so many other charges are added on top. If you pay via the portal you get extra fees if not then you need to bring a check to the front desk. No upgrades to amenities but we get charged so much for them. Don’t recommend living here. Better apartments near by.

Some in room functionalities are not good quality. Public area facilities are exceptional. Almost all staff are great and helpful. Community is very friendly.

It’s a lovely complex with 99% of residents being friendly and welcoming. Apartment life is new for us and that kind of community is helpful.

I absolutely love living in this apartment! The layout is spacious and well-designed, with plenty of natural light coming in through the large windows. The amenities are top-notch, including a fitness center, pool, and community lounge.

It has been a good experience so far! Very clean and staff members are nice. Love how dog friendly it is, and it’s awesome that there are so many apartment events each month.
