Park fifth under Greystar management was great, the building was spotless and clean all the time. Building is over price for what it is. Also the new complex manager is the worst person to talk, won’t help whatever issue is happening and she’s always unavailable.

I've been living at Park Fifth for a couple weeks now, and it has been an incredible experience. The amenities are top-notch, with a stunning rooftop pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and beautiful communal spaces. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown, with easy access to great restaurants and entertainment. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. My apartment is modern, spacious, and has a breathtaking view of the city. Highly recommend Park Fifth for anyone looking for luxury living in a prime location!

Extremely friendly and helpful concierge staff and great events planned by the management for residents. Maintenance staff is very friendly and responds quickly (usually within the same day) to make repairs.

Bozzuto Management is undermining the Park Fifth Apartments. Before signing a lease or renewing, read this. I’ve lived here 6 months. The building offers great amenities: gym, pool, rooftop fireplace, and more. It’s luxury in DTLA with EV parking, keyless access, Nest thermostats, and city views. But… 1. No Notification: My car was towed from our garage without notice, costing $502.84 + $15 for Lyft. Management failed to update vehicle registrations, confirmed by the front desk. 2. Smoking Issues: Persistent smoking complaints (weed, cigarettes) into our unit went unresolved for months despite numerous complaints. 3. Safety Concerns: Aggressive Rottweilers attacked residents in the elevator. Management never followed up despite emails. 4. Lobby Issues: Witnessed drug use in the lobby, no action from front desk. Security issues persist with non-residents gaining access to elevators. 5. EV Parking Problems: Broken chargers and empty EV spots despite promises of green energy. Valet didn’t charge my car as requested, causing inconvenience. 6. Maintenance Problems: Garbage and recycling chute damaged by a previous fire. No recycling system in place, with residents needing to handle garbage manually. Final Thoughts: Despite amenities and location, communication and management responsiveness are severely lacking. Living here has become a nightmare due to ongoing issues. Future and current residents should be aware.

Living in this apartment has been a genuinely positive experience, earning a well-deserved five stars from me. One of the standout features has been the excellent soundproofing. nice building, rough transition with new management. our parking structure entrance was broken for over a week and no one could give any updates on when it would be working again.

Very often something happens after a change of management. Lack of coffee (from time to time), long processing of management requests (please provide a lease agreement for 2 weeks), my parking pass does not work after the sensor in the parking lot breaks down, problems with access to the gym at night. The complex of all these problems that arise from time to time creates the feeling that managers do not want to work. It is very important for me that everything is done quickly. Unload the lease agreement from the program for two minutes, and I've been waiting for several month. It's not acceptable.

Smells so much better throughout the building and the dog relief station is improving. I am seeing the changes and it’s definitely in an upward manner.

I havent been residing here long, but I absolutely love spending my mornings on the roof top and having a coffee with this incredible DTLA view. The gym and yoga studio area are fenomenal and so is all the residental common area.

I am a new resident here at Park Fifth and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about this being my first time living in an apartment let alone a high rise apartment building. That being said, here at Park Fifth, we have been welcomed with open arms since the beginning. All aspects of moving in were a breeze and seamless and as well as continue to be. The amenities are out of this world (the coffee machine being one of my personal favorites). I’m reminded everyday that we made the right choice in choosing the Park Fifth Tower as our home for the next 15 months.

Given by the title, you can probably guess what my favorable part of the community is: definitely the location. The proximity to everything is so amazing if you are a downtown person. I may not recommend walking around at night alone especially if you're a woman, but that's why you make friends - which you'll have no problem doing here. The community puts on a ton of super fun resident events! Oscar parties, Halloween parties, Holiday parties, and guess what - there is typically always some free drinks!!! and food! So many great restaurants and bars nearby to walk with your new friends you'll meet at the community. Amenities have to be my second favorite thing. When you get home (or when your friends/family come to visit) there is valet parking available (which is free for residents) and pretty darn affordable for everyone else. It's so simple to call your car whenever you're all set to leave. The valet team are always so smiley and nice. We have so many grills - that I personally do not use, but my friends love to when they visit. The rooftop pool, gym, hot tub, and views -- love love love! Friends are always smiling and we are taking selfies up there. The management and front desk staff are super sweet and helpful. I often see them busy with those neighbors that like to complain about everything, which i'm sure doesn't make their jobs easy, but they truly are amazing. I've overheard some of my neighbors and it surprises me what they waste the office's time with. The team is always smiling, available, and helpful when you have questions. I've been here for only 3 months and really love it. I don't plan to move but my experience can easily change over the next year of my lease. I'll keep my review updated if anything changes, but so far very happy with my decision.

I had a great experience at Park Fifth. It's super pet friendly, and my neighbors were pretty good at cleaning up after their pets. I made a lot of friends at the resident events. The management team is great, especially Tom and Todd. I'm moving out of state for work, but if I wasn't, I'd definitely renew here.

IF YOU DRIVE A PRIUS AND YOU WANT YOUR CATALYTIC CONVERTER STOLEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO LIVE. We pay $175 month for parking… Greystars motto is “We can’t do anything check your contract.” Reported the first time that someone attempted to steal it, they left the jack and their tools under the car. Told the assistant manager, he said there’s not much he can do. Now the second time happens, and they actually steal it. That’s nice. We are just waiting for our lease to be up. This building is dirty, the dog park is always filled up with poop, the bbq grills are usually broken, majority of the residents here are rowdy, and the parking garage gate is always broken. This is NOT a luxury building. You pay for nothing.

The building is obviously amazing, but what makes Park Fifth special are the people; from maintenance to janitorial to concierge and leasing, everyone is not only professional, but also so friendly and kind.

Park Fifth is a beautiful community with a beautiful staff and an environment that feels tranquil. The front office and management are very accommodating, very understanding and treat you like a human. The building is cleaned to perfection everyday, the amenities are top notch. There’s really no better living experience in LA than Park Fifth in my opinion.

A lot of trash has moved in recently, which I believe lowers the overall appeal of a community with the slogan live above - it feels more like a college dorm party building now than it did in 2020 when we moved in and it felt more like elevated living. I would just reiterate a need for more strict enforcement of rules of conduct - otherwise, omit all that from the contract, right?

I love it here!, its brand new and appliances to the shower all FEEL perfect. Im a single guy so my 1BR is the perfect size. I take morning walks and work out daily upstairs . I can literally feel myself improving health wise by the day and motivated to work out with a upstairs gym.

Within minutes of our initial tour we were looking at each other thinking, OK, this place is next level the design, the thought that went into every detail, and then to learn it's also a green building.
