Make this your last choice

I have been a tenant at Park of Cliff Creek Apartments for nearly 10 years, and the quality of management and living conditions has steadily declined. Issues include inadequate pest control that does not address a roach infestation, theft during a maintenance visit with no resolution from management, and unprofessional office staff who are unresponsive to tenant concerns. Additionally, the noise complaint line is non-functional, safety policies like leash rules for pets are not enforced, and rent payment options are outdated, with no online portal or weekend availability. I hope management takes steps to improve, but until then, I cannot recommend this property.

Office is always closed

I have lived here for few years and I can say the office is always close and apartment rent goes up every year but no Accommodation to the apartment ,parking is trash ,towing Resident’s cars is just ridiculous,Old appliances place in apartment , Maintenance is just terrible
