I’m beyond disappointed with the conditions. The apartment has a serious roach problem that management has failed to address, despite multiple complaints from myself and other tenants. It’s disgusting to see these pests crawling around constantly, and it’s affected my quality of life. On top of that, the overall maintenance of the building is terrible. Requests take forever to be addressed, and when they do respond, it’s a temporary fix. The lack of cleanliness and proper upkeep is unacceptable, especially considering the rent prices. Save yourself the headache and money—look elsewhere.

I really enjoy this place, it is not your average apartment complex. I like the fact that there's a garage, washer and dryer, high ceiling with spacious dining room area

My husband and I viewed these apartments and we loved them. The staff was friendly and the apartment complex had what we were looking for. Play area for my son, washer and dryer hookups, spacious closets, and the neighborhood was quiet.

My bf & i moved in Aug. The staff is great. even though they r strict. They fixed d problem he had when the air was out. They try hard to make people happy. I'm happy the gate is fixed and my bf works out in the gym now. Great job staff.

I moved from FL to Houston and from the beginning to now I have had nothing but the best experience with the management group. I had talked throughout the process of renting my apartment and they was so personable and helpful. This was my first time renting an apartment and it couldn't have been easier. When I finally got to Houston, they welcomed me and made me feel at home. They showed me my apartment and was just so friendly and gave me great suggestions on where to go and where to eat. Even when I'm headed out or just getting home they will say hi to me and ask how I'm doing. I couldn't be more pleased with how they treated me and have kept treating me since I've moved in. The complex is wonderful too because it's very low key, very quiet and the apartments are worth paying for.

There was a leak from upstairs apartment entering my coat closet. Technician Mike responded immediately, took appropriate action and followed up on job. As always, excellent service.Wonderful service, prompt nothing is too much trouble for them,always polite, and get the job done. We love living here. The staff are so helpful even when they are so busy, a great atmosphere.

I have lived at PALMS for two years. The staff in the office has consistently been attentive, responsive and professional. In fact, they give 120% to everything that involves quality services to residents.In my opinion, PALMS is top notch, not just because of the beautiful apartments and the lovely landscaping, but because of the personal attention I always receive from the staff. They give the best of themselves. You can't put a price on that.

I am absolutely loving my experience living at ROLLING CREEK apartments. The staff and residents are all so friendly and welcoming. Our apartment exceeded all of my expectations and felt like home the moment I walked in. Move in day the manager showed us to our room and made sure that everything was perfect before she left us. The amenities are fabulous and there always seems to be students enjoying them throughout the day. I have visited many other apartments in the area and ROLLING CREEK is by far the best. I am so happy to be living here! the front office is so nice and helpful with any issues

Things have always been taken care of in a timely manner usually the same day as I place the call.We called the emergency number due to no air conditioning. The technician are professional . He arrived quickly and repaired the unit very fast. He had a positive attitude and did a great job! Quick, Fast, Courteous. I was in the apartment at the time the fix and after completion, all was explained quickly and efficiently. Thanks!"

"My experience from the first time I walked in the office looking for a place to live to the day I moved out was great! I have not experienced such a great Property Management Team that were as nice, helpful and willing to do anything needed (within reason) to make my living experience there great! The Maintenance Team was just a good with timely service responses and professional completion of scheduled and/or needed repairs.This is a great Team of caring, knowledgible and professional people.

I move here to build my renter history up. After a month staying here my apartment got broken into, they stole my big screen tv. My ceiling over my tube statred to leak it took them almost a month to fix it. My sink disposal stop working it took them a month as well and then my toilet broke took them three weeks to fix that. My front door lock got stuck couldn't lock my door until they came and fix it. I pay my rent on time every month and things would continually to have problems. Roaches and nats i boomed my apt six times until they disappeared. Im moving as soon as my least is up because these apartment complex has no concern to fix things or keep the area clean

DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY,IF YOU DO GUARANTEED YOU WILL REGRET IT,THE LEASING MANAGER GLORIA TOLD US OUR APARTMENT WAS READY BUT WHEN WE GOT THERE THAT WAS CHANGED TO ITS NOT ALTOGETHER READY YET BUT WAS EVEN WORSE THAN WE COULD IMAGINE,ITS INFESTED WITH ANTS AND ROACHES,THE CARPET LOOKED HORRIBLE LIKE IT HADN'T BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS,WHEN YOU TAKE A BATH UPSTAIRS IT LEAKED INTO THE KITCHEN,THERE WERE HOLES IN THE WALLS,THE DOWN STAIRS BATHROOM DIDN'T WORK,AND THE UPSTAIRS SINK AND KITCHEN SINK DOWNSTAIRS LEAKED,AND THE AIR CONDITIONER DIDN'T WORK,4 DAYS LATER WE WHERE FINALLY MOVED TO ANOTHER APARTMENT ONLY TO STILL BE INFESTED WITH ANTS AND ROACHES AND TOLD WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY OURSELVES TO GET RID OF THEM AND NOTHING WOULD BE TAKEN OFF THE RENT,THE FRONT FOOLS YOU IT LOOKS LIKE A NICE COMPLEX BUT WALK PAST THE OFFICE AND YOU WILL SEE WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT
