Property Ratings at Overlook At Pantano
I have nothing but good to say about this place. Then staff is excellent, understanding and kind. The maintenance team work harder than I've ever seen maintenance work to keep this place running right. I love it here, and look forward to staying here as long as I can.
I'm an older resident and now with this new management this has become wonderful community ,great staff, maintenance staff really spot on. Glad to be here
The staff is nice and that's about it. The area isn't great. I routinely wake up to gunshots in the night. My neighbors which can be heard through the wall smoke a lot of marijuana that can be smelled throughout the apartment complex. The buildings are run down and frequently have the water shut off. The pools and laundry rooms are not well taken care of. Most washer and dryers are broken and the pools are green. The "dog" park is small and run down. Its not clean ether. Animal poop can be found all over the complex because no one cleans up after there animals. Save your money and fine somewhere else to live.
There is nothing but residents smoking marijuana constantly in their apartments, playgrounds, and in their vehicles in the parking lot. The management can care less to deal with the situation even after it was brought up multiple times. I do not recommended living here whatsoever. Maintenance and management are both very unprofessional.
Living here has been a weight off my shoulders. The move in was fast and easy! I love the location and how it’s tucked away in a neighborhood. The apartment staff and maintenance are great! I absolutely love paying rent through the app, which makes it convenient when not being able to run in on the last day it’s due!
I lived at the Overlook at Pantano apartments for the past year and overall it was a great experience. It is a large complex and with that goes the typical mixed bag of neighbors, but my overall experience was a very positive one. The office staff, especially, was very attentive. I always felt that any of my concerns were taken very seriously and addressed in a timely manner. I lived in a one bedroom apartment, which was on the small side but met my needs perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a place on the east side of Tucson. I particularly enjoyed the vaulted ceilings on my top floor apartment. The layout was extremely functional. As someone who cooks frequently, I enjoyed the updated appliances and for a small apartment the cabinet and counter space was fantastic. I moved on, and quite frankly regret it. I would like to thank the staff in the office and the maintenance crew for making my stay there a comfortable one. If you're a cyclist, it situates you adjacent to "The Loop" which provides you access to a safe and convenient means of indulging your two wheeled habit. I'm not sure I could have beat the accommodations for the price. I ended up moving into a more expensive apartment because I really wanted an in-unit washer dryer and, if I could do it again, I probably would have stayed.
Me and my daughter have been here for a few years and know almost all the maintenance and ladies in the office :) we love it here!!!! Great area of town and everyone is so friendly!!!

Great Staff. Apartments are a reasonable price. Only thing is if you want big closets and rooms this would not be the place for you unless you are just starting out with your first apartment. Also, they have a laundry room but the only time you can get your laundry done is either early morning or late at night due to the fact that there are alot of tenants and they only have 20 washers and dryers for 444 units. So it makes it hard to get your laundry done.
We just moved here a month ago. So far we've met three really nice neighbors. Everything in the apartment is working great. We are so close to our jobs! We love it here!

The apartment and grounds are very nice, exceptional staff BUT a constant battle with cockroaches. They spray and its ok for a few weeks then come back.
The Overlook is an apartment home complex that offers apartments at reasonable rates. The grounds are well maintained. If you have a maintenance problem, it is handled promptly. The office staff is courteous and friendly.
Friendly staff, quick turn around on maintenance,good location and grounds maintain very well.
My apartments are horrible , forget the drug dealers that are everywhere but theres always gun shots and people fighting . Im a single mom going to school and if i could afford to move into a different complex i would , i just dont feel safe here . The ladys in the office have wanted to evict me for "throwing ciggerette butts below my balcony " but i dont even smoke .so now im getting charged a large amount of money monthly added to my regular rent . Cannot afford this place and do not feel safe here !
We recently moved to Arizona. I was most pleasantly surprised to find this lovely apartment in such a large city as Tucson. It has numerous amenities, very friendly, helpful staff and is very affordable. My family loves it here and so do I.
