I had high hopes & expectations coming into Opus for a new building with great amenities. However, there were MANY minor to mediocre construction problems that had me questioning the value of the place and lease pricing. Office/maintenance team usually takes some time to reach back.
Opus luxury apartments at 3545 Wilshire Blvd. are brand new building with finest amenities and excellent location. Banks, Church, Restaurants and dinners, Grocery Stores are all near sites. This facility is very clean and nice with excellent personnel , including the leasing staff.
