Racists Landlord and tenants
Residents in apartment 1312 has multiple adults and several children living in a one bedroom apartment. They're allowed to stomp, bumping and jumping also be rude to neighbors. If you complain about those residents nothing is being done because they're Hispanic. I believe these residents know the landlord. If you're any other race move to another apartment in the area.

Transfer to another unit!
Moved in July of last year and it has been a wonderful experience. I recently transferred units and the process was smooth and the ladies in the office made sure that I got the perfect apartment for me. I am really loving my apartment. The ladies in the office are so great and they are so nice and welcoming. They listen and are quick to respond and take care of your concerns and needs to the best of their ability. Saarah was my leasing agent for my transfer and she went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. One90 is quiet and I feel safe at home.

Future Resident
I toured here last Saturday and I really loved it! Kahli was beyond sweet and helpful. She answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. She found a great fit for us and our dog! The property is at a great location and close to everything we need. The complex was clean, had great amenities and the leasing office was so kind. I look forward to living here!!

Unit Transfer
I felt a little bit off with the slow process and their obvious unwillingness to get me into another unit at the end of my lease. However, this community has been a great place for me since I moved in over a year ago. Neighbors are kind and I feel safe living here since the entrances are remote-controlled and only allow access to residents. Finally, Kahli was able to get me into a new unit (not the original one that I wanted anyway), but I'm not complaining since is still the same environment. I will still recommend this property to anyone wanting to live in a safe environment.

I had a seamless leasing experience and enjoyed a wonderful tour of the apartment complex and its impressive amenities. Special thanks to Madison and Kahli for their exceptional support throughout the leasing process. They were always available to answer my questions, provided detailed information, and ensured a smooth transition. The complex even has remote office space for work-from-home tech employees, a gym with excellent equipment that replaces the need for a gym subscription, two swimming pools, a kids' playground, and dog parks. Their professionalism and friendliness made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this community for its excellent service and top-notch facilities.

Touring the apartment
My husband and I toured these apartments on Saturday with our toddler. At first I thought they would be annoyed at the fact that he was being so loud but all of the women kept reassuring me that it was fine and they offered us water and a coloring book for our kid. It was honestly a big reason why we choose these apartments because it's nice to feel welcomed especially when having a loud toddler. On top of that the apartments were gorgeous. Can't wait to move in.

Great viewing

Great property
Destinee did a phenomenal job of finding a unit that meets my. My Daughter is a former resident and she referred me. The community appears to be well kept, nice and quiet. Stores are in close proximity. I'm hoping to enjoy the community.

Amazing apartments
We recently toured one90 apartments and they are beautiful, clean and secured. I love how all the apartments have 9-10feet ceilings which gives you home like vibe, walking closet and master bedroom have standing shower.Employees are very helpful. If you are looking for good , clean and friendly community will suggest check this apartments.

I recently visited One90 Firewheel, and my experience has been exceptional. Ashton from the leasing office went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect apartment to suit my needs. The apartments themselves are modern, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. The amenities are fantastic, and the presence of elevators in all buildings and electric chargers on-site is a significant plus. One of the best features of living here is the convenience of being right beside the President George Bush Turnpike, making travel to anywhere in the DFW area a breeze. Additionally, the proximity to grocery stores, cafes, and parks adds to the appeal of the location. Beautiful place to live
The apartments are clean and updated appliances. The layout is efficient, and the unit gets plenty of natural light. Management keeps the common areas clean, and courtyard for residents are beautiful with plenty of amenities to enjoy.

Service and Amenities are wonderful
I have been so pleased with my interactions with the staff, especially Claudia. The communication has been prompt and helpful. The security is so great, the upkeep and amenities are so nice. You may think they're pricey, but compared to others, they're reasonable and you get so much more.

Beautiful Property
My boyfriend and I toured and absolutely loved the property! The apartments are beautifully renovated, some have yards, vaulted ceilings, etc. We were very impressed and the staff including Kahli were so helpful and answered all of our questions.

All Around Great,....!
We visited One90 Firewheel and it was impressive. The staff was great, Kahli along with Tiffany have gone above and beyond to help us find our new home. The property is well taken care of, the layouts are spacious and lots of options, the pool area is amazing - the amenities are top notch. There was even a rainbow in the sky as we looked out the office. Signs :)
