One Theater Square

One Theatre Square is a nice community to live in. The management is amazing and people are generally nice here. The building has many incentives and amenities such as a state of the Arts gym, event hall, a sauna, steamers and shower rooms as well as a game room. When you first walk in the building you are met with a warm welcome by concierge, which is also a plus to living at One Theater Square. I recommend One Theater Square.

I’m fairly new and will need to spend a little more time in the building for a more fair and accurate rating. However, the most immediate need is to control the trash odor on the 2nd floor.

Experience has been mostly good although in the last month responses to emails regarding certain questions or concerns have been delayed. But overall good building.

Since Bozzuto’s inception, Donna has been my long standing POC and nothing is ever too big or too small to catch her looming around and converse about! The building is kept clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve had some noise issues, but they’ve subsided. The only issue I have is that we have to pay for guest parking. We pay a lot to live here and having to pay for our guests to park seems excessive. Otherwise, it’s a nice apartment building and I’d recommend it.

Recently moved in - Heather and the team have been incredibly accommodating throughout the process! The team has been great at fielding questions / concerns and helping us find something in our price point!

I love the sauna and I love the steam room. The gym is also really nice and I love our view of the park. The Ironbound section is really nice when the weather gets warmer and you want to take a long stroll and get food.

The community is extremely friendly and helpful, as are the management and staff. I truly enjoy living here with my two pups and just renewed my lease again.

I just moved in to One Theater Square and so far I am loving it! The view from my apartment of Military Park is stunning. The move in process was seamless and smooth. I was even left snacks, water, and a gift card to the coffee shop downstairs upon moving in. I felt very taken care of! The noise level is quiet, the staff I've met are all very kind, the amenities are clean and in great condition, and the overall quality and cleanliness of the building is top notch. The only way to make it 5 stars is it seems maintenance requests take a bit longer than I was expecting. There are a few things my boyfriend and I noticed needed quick fixing/touch ups upon moving in, and it would have been perfect if those were taken care of beforehand and/or quickly upon move in. That's my only feedback so far. Overall, I am very happy with my move to One Theater Square!

Just moved here from Brooklyn and it was one of the best decisions I made. My son literally works across the street at Whole Foods and I make it to the city quicker than I did when I was in Brooklyn… The staff, the maintenance and the concierge everyone is just amazing. I will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes

Very friendly community! The management and concierge desk are professional and always helpful. The location is amazing!! I can always rely on trying a new place to eat while taking a walk through the park.

Comfortable , warm and helpful management. Apartment community is well maintained at all times and occasional events are held which is so much fun. Manager and the staff here are the best. So happy to live here in this community feels like home.

Our resident experience has been really good. Highlight is the steam room and the sauna which are both great places to unwind. The location near the NJ PAC and the Prudential center is also convenient. Check out the Halsey Street area and the Ironbound area if you live here.

I absolutely love my space and the community. So much peace and tranquility. The windows and doors allow for minimum outside noise. The teams are all responsive and helpful in any way.

Fantastic customer service. Any request to have something fixed gets done immediately. Building property is always kept clean and tidy. Front desk staff is always friendly and courteous.

I love ONE THEATER and I enjoy the amenities! They are absolutely beautiful. I appreciate having access to any staff members when I have an issue and even when there aren't any issues. My problems are solved within a reasonable time and the experience is even pleasant! Ibn does a phenomenal job maintaining this building. You can really tell that he cares about his workplace and the people in it. Yessica is an absolute fresh of breath of fresh air especially and a doll. I appreciate all of the staff and shout out to the entire team for being awesome.

This is a wonderful community to live in. Everyone from the management, to the amazing people that work at the Concierge Desk to Maintenance are extremely kind and helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure that residents' needs are attended to. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Everyone greets you by name and with a smile. My neighbors are also incredibly kind and thoughtful. The building is full of amazing pets and it's lovely to have "built in" friends for my two dogs.

It’s been an incredible honor living here. I appreciate how friendly everyone is and how my space is quiet and not bothered by anyone. All of my requested services have been taken care of in a timely manner.

Smooth move-in process. Everything as expected. One Theater Square has an online bulletin board to connect with residents. Staff is genuinely kind and competent.

After an extensive search, I'm thrilled to call One Theater Square home. The leasing team, especially Yessica and Donna, made the application and move-in process a breeze. They were patient, communicative, and ensured a smooth transition. The fitness center and resident lounge are excellent, and the spaces haven't felt overcrowded despite the number of residents. I've only lived here less than a week, but I already feel at home. The residents I've met so far are very friendly and the front-desk and maintenance have been so helpful and responsive! One Theater Square so far seems like a fantastic community, and I recommend checking it out to anyone seeking a new apartment.

I'm loving everything about onetheater. I've noticed a few ppl littering, which I didn't appreciate but that's about it. All the tenants are kind and friendly. The area feel safe enough for me to walk around with my dog and enjoy the scenery

The building is gorgeous! I love the gym, the sauna, the billiards room, and the terrace. I'm excited to start my next journey with my boyfriend here!

I love it here. The people and the service is always amazing. I never have an issue with a service request and they keep the community engaged with each other. It makes living in a residential building feel more like a home than just an apartment.

One thing the property can focus on is controlling increased market prices for rent and amenities.

I really loved to live in this building. The neighborhood is really good. I loved the way staff received me and helping me with clarifying all my questions. House looks so clean and amenities are really good.

My experience started off great until my second year here where marijuana became an issue smell wise. And i felt it was like pulling teeth getting someone from the leasing office to do something or to care about how i felt, or what i was going through . And i now feel unwelcomed especially by those in the leasing office, and by some concierge .

I moved into One Theather Square on June 7th, 2023 and it has been an experience like none other. I moved from an Optima Inc property in Scottsdale, AZ and admittedly I am spoiled. OTS has met and exceeded my expectations when it comes to luxury apartment living. The property has the right balance of amenities and the leasing team and staff are incredibly friendly. I have met a few residents as well and I like the vibe. This has been the easiest and most pleasurable move I have ever experienced and I have done both international and cross-country moves in the past. I was thinking Newark, NJ would be a "stop" on my way to Manhattan but I think I will be calling OTS home for quite a few years.
