Horrible resident relations. Trash lines the halls. Exit doors are not secured or broken, but they spend money on new pool furniture. Parcel/mail room smells like something decomposing.

residents don't clean up after pets, no one seems to care constantly having service people coming into unit - with 1 day, 2 day at best notice - very hard for work at home broken sprinkler systems - or not running properly - water everywhere on sidewalks, very messy cars getting broken into in garage

Love my home at Olivian! I've lived here 3 months. My kitchen is beautiful! My neighbors are nice and have been welcoming. No complaints so far!

First off the apartment building itself looks great, but when you begin to navigate the building you'll realize how poorly planned it is. Literally half of my doors stay partially open because the screws are all screwed into cheap wood that is makes the hinges loose and won't close correctly. Even the laundry doors. My fridge ice maker and water dispenser do not work, and they force you to buy your own filters. The only thing positive here have been the maintenance personnel, Jorge previously, and now Nick, as well as the sweet cleaning ladies. They have great hospitality that makes you feel welcomed to stay here. Savannah from the front office is nothing but rude. She replied, "what?" When we told her there was BLACK MOLD in our restroom. I kid you not, there was black mold.(they had to remove our entire bathroom sink fixture to cut open the dry wall and replace the wall and the ceiling). After telling her of the mold, she said she would get someone to see us, and then just hung up. Absolutely infuriating dealing with the management.

Aura is a very frustrating place to live. The garage is dangerous, and problems have not been solved in regard to people speeding and safety. While some areas and amenities are worth it, being a pet owner living here is not. There is a big mouse infestation. They're in the coffee machines and all over the first floor. From my experiences, dog owners do not pick up their dogs poop. The property does nothing about it. There are only 2 pet poo drop locations; both are inconvenient. The dog park is unusable as it's a minefield of poo for months on end. The stink is in the air as you walk your dog as well. I recently spoke to a manager about this, and they agreed to look into adding more dog stations and the problem; however, that's the same response I've gotten since August. There is new management coming with the new year. Hopefully living conditions will improve.

I toured this beautiful property today and fell in love! But most importantly Jarred provided superior service to me! I'm one with many questions because I've had so many issues living elsewhere. From a car being stolen to having my car towed (by accident )However, Jarred was patient, and had a great personality! I work in management so great customer service is a must! Now I'm just awaiting for the right availability so I can get moved in! Thanks again I appreciate you!
