Living in Oberserver Park has been very comfortable. The staff here are responsive and always seeking ways to improve residents' living experiences.
I have had a great experience moving in at OP. The leasing staff was really friendly and helpful, and the overall building complex makes me feel safe and comforted.
I love the ease of moving in here. Between being able to close off the elevator to having a cart to transport my items up, it was super easy to be able to move.
Observer Park is a diamond in the rough, with potential to breakthrough sustainable boundaries given the implementation. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a breath of fresh air from the housing/apartment market.
Ive ever lived in 7 apartment communities, and this one is by far the worst. Terrible layout. Between the trains and neighbors, I havent gotten a peaceful night in 7 months. This apartment complex just plain sucks.
I really enjoy living in Observer Park because it is very safe and a convenient location. The apartments are very spacious and love how everything is newly renovated.
Observer park has come a long way in the 1.5 years I have lived here. They have renovated basically the entire building and it looks so much better than when we moved in! Management and maintanence have been very helpful and convenient. The only issue we have really is with the elevators, being that there are only 2. It is most likely due to all of the renovations on multiple floors which is understandable, but still stinks some times.
