Maintenance Had 3 issues that I had been putting off (small things). I waited to get it taken care of during some time off from work. I put in the request online in their very convenient online form at around 9am and by 12 on the same day, they were here and fixed all 3 things! Thank you so much! The management here is amazing and makes things very easy.

I love it here! I left the burbs 7 years ago and I’ve never looked back! Oaks Trinity is literally sitting in the middle of all the cool things to do and places to go - in Dallas! I can ride my bike into downtown, over to Bishop Arts, Trinity Groves, the AAC, ATT and beyond! And the staff is amazing and super responsive!! I will be here until the market is better and it’s time to buy something!!

Oaks Trinity I've lived here for 5 years and probably had less than 3 issues with the apartment. I love the location, the office personnel and I am only 15 minutes away from both jobs. I am staying another year.

We had a HORRIBLE experience simply touring this apartment. The staff member who gave us a tour was a bit pretentious and rude. My boyfriend and I toured the apartment and were pleased with the amenities and features, but after our encounter with this leasing agent we decided not to live here. We asked to tour a 1/1 and the agent responded saying "we only have the biggest one available and its our most expensive one"... and proceeded to WAIT for our reaction while telling us the pricing info... He stood and stared at us... We broke the awkward silence by asking to see the unit (because he didn't offer) and acted surprised when we asked to take a look. The worst part was when we finished the tour. My boyfriend was making small talk and told the leasing agent how he was moving to Dallas for his new job at Amazon. He proceeded to ask the leasing office guy if he had any Amazon employees as residents. The property manager then twisted his face at us and replied "umm I don't know if any delivery drivers live here..." we replied "delivery drivers?! he's an engineer..." After we corrected him he continued to be uptight and rudely responded "well I can't tell you that information".. as if we were stalkers or criminals of some sort... He assumed my boyfriend worked as a delivery driver as if corporate doesn't exist!?!?! Does amazon even have delivery drivers?!?! Instead of him asking for his job title he just assumed he was a blue collar worker because surely he couldn't be more ...right? WRONG. Note to management... don't assume.

I toured this community in October. The leasing staff member was professional and courteous throughout the visit. However, I ultimately choose a different property because a resident of this property informed me their were noise issues with neighbors. But, I did have a good tour and the representative was professional.

Dania and the rest of the staff are amazing! after over a year of looking for our place they were able to give us the peace of mind we were looking for. after only 1 visit to the community we LEASED! we could not be happier!, the views are amazing, location is everything and the amenities are TO DIE FOR!! I don't know why you are still reading this and not looking at their website!
