Great maintenance Our heater stopping working on a Sunday morning and someone came in a couple hours and fixed it. Great maintenance team.
Lovely Staff Morganne was very good at talking through the rental process and what to expect. I loved the apartment and she was patient while I went over the details.
Fast Service I submitted a service request & left my apartment. When I returned 2 hours later the issue had already been repaired.
Excellent service I am received service the next day after putting in a ticket.
Smell of Marijuana in apartment Still the smell persists they stop for a few days and do it again as soon as i turn on the heater or AC it cones in to my babys room.and its been like this for months now.
Tour I love my tour. Morganne was very knowledgeable, patient and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. Love the apartment facility.

I've had issues with my upstairs neighbors ever since they moved in. The property management's response to my complaints was dismissive and unhelpful. The constant thumping in the ceiling is disrupting my peace and quiet, and I don't recommend anyone else move in if they value a peaceful living environment.

The apartment community is nice and I loved my apartment layout. However, be fully informed and aware of the AC issues before you sign a lease for a 2nd floor apartment. The AC units are undersized and cannot keep up with the Texas heat. The maintenance team will come out with their tools to measure the temperature of the air blowing from the vent and tell you everything is fine. However, they fail to take into account that a small undersized cool breeze coming from the vent cannot, and will not, properly cool an apartment. Management is fully aware of the issue but will make no effort to correct it unless you go higher up. I had to get in touch with a few people in their regional and corporate offices to file a complaint and get resolution. I even offered to bring in an HVAC team that I use for data center cooling to provide them with a second professional opinion. After a few weeks of discussions, my entire AC unit was replaced and issue resolved. Again, the apartment community is great and the neighbors are great, but if you don't do well with Texas heat, think twice before you get a 2nd floor apartment.

Attention new and current residents! This property has foundation problems!!! We live on the 2nd floor of a building with foundation damage. Cracks are visible on our interior walls, and we can see a noticeable problem with the patio separating from the actual structure. I have been been talking with the office staff about it, showing photos of the damage, but no response from property owners. We're facing a decision on renewing our lease, but looking like we need to find another place to live. Obviously, the building will need to be repaired, but hopefully not after there is structural collapse and somebody gets hurt. On a positive side, it's a quiet area and maintenance is pretty fast at taking care of service requests.

Well... 2 months living here and I'm already writing a review... and not a good one. Long story short the staff and maintenance here are inefficient. I'm having a situation with a pigeon nest on top of my covered parking spot and they will do nothing to physically remove the bird but suggest I BRING in bottled water so the maintenance people can block the bird from nesting. ME??? BRING IN WATER??? What kind of service is that? Everybody knows that pigeon's droppings can cause diseases and it also damages the car. This place is pricey and I really should not have to deal with that and having to wash my car every single day before going to work. Be advised people!!!

This apartment complex is a smaller community There are two pools that are kept well and usually not that busy. The fitness center has a half court basketball area that is underutilized not alot of traffic in the fitness center so you will have it to yourself sometimes. Free Wifi at the main pool and grills at both. When you turn a work order in it is typically fixed by the next day. It's by some train tracks. The train doesn't go by that often but when it does you'll know. The gas company just cut all the trees down on the train track side so know there is a view of the train tracks and shredded trees instead of the pretty trees and shrubberies that once grew. Thanks gas company appreciate it.
Nice place. Responsive staff. Rent is a little higher than apts surrounding with the same floor plan. Grounds are well maintained. Don't hear the neighbors all the time. But there is a train track at the back of the complex so that's awesome :|
Do you know what it's like when you walk into an apartment complex and it just feels right? that is how you feel when you walk into the Oaks of Riverchase Apartments in Coppell. They have all the amenities that potential residents look for - a crystal clear pool, covered parking, workout room, indoor basketball court but that is not what sets the Oaks apart from all of the others. What makes this development special is the support people in the office. they do not just sit behind their desks all day wasting the day away. They care about each resident. They care about their image. They care about every person who walks through their doors and go out of their way to make that experience a positive one quite simply because they care. Home is a feeling of trust and comfort. Oaks Riverchase is HOME.
Love the location, love the floor plan, staff is friendly. Close to work. Rent cheaper than last apartment but nicer landscaping and they take pride in up keeping their lawns. On lower floor and we don't hear anyone stomping around upstairs which is nice.
This is the perfect environment for both upcoming singles and well as families. Variety of apartments for a variety of budgets makes it attractive. there are two crystal clear apartments, a fitness room, basketball court and dog walk areas. But what really seals the deal is the people who work in the office. They are accessible and friendly - always looking for ways to make every person feel welcome. Your interests are theirs as well. I have discovered that there are even residents who have left the complex in search of something different only to move back shortly thereafter. That sums it all up. This is HOME.
I have lived at Oaks for some years and through several mgmt. changes. The office staff is very cordial and helpful, and the grounds are well kept. Safety has never been a concern. Easy access to most fwys and shopping and restaurants in every direction. Maintenance usually gets to you within 24 hours. Apts are being upgraded. My biggest beef is that there is not enough parking. A correction to Ms. B's review. Although the Oaks are located in Coppell, they are not zoned for Coppell schools, but Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD. The only noise is the occasional train.
I was looking for an apartment with an immediate deadline, specific requirements, with a specific budget. I went into several properties and was not greeted as friendly as I experienced at Oaks Riverchase, Coppell, TX. After such a friendly greeting from James Dohun, he sat me down and reviewed what was available. He went out of his way to assist, qualify, and meet my requirements. Kyle Walls, property management, followed through to ensure proper filings and I received a $50 refund. The apartment was freshly painted and very clean. All needed services upon the move were addressed immediately and resolved within 48 hours. The location gives easy highway access. The Oaks Riverchase Apartments neighborhood is secured and regulated bringing a peaceful safe environment along with law enforcement. Working in the Coppell ISD system has revealed to me the quality education the Coppell ISD student’s experience. Faculty and staff are very involved with the students stimulating and inspiring them toward progression. From elementary, to middle school, to the high school Coppell ISD offers the students a very progressive and competitive education. All students are given Apple I Pads compared to Lewisville ISD who have a slower functioning low grade tablet. The atmosphere within the schools are very progressive encouraging students with an strong emphasis on social ethics. The teachers display a respectful communication with positive energy which produces productivity and innovation. Crime rate in Coppell is low. At Riverchase Apartments law enforcement resides on the property within a gated community. Strong environmental regulations such as the “Poop Scoop” laws keeps the property very clean, disease free and the noise rate is minimal. Curb side garbage also contributes toward a clean convenient environment. Moving from a house into an apartment has been an easy transition at Oaks Riverchase Apartments in Coppell, TX. I give this apartment complex a 5 star rating and encourage many to consider living in Coppell, TX. A.Briggs
