Communication is better, cleanliness needs to improve inside building and outside building. Needs a better way to allow guest in hopefully a butterfly system. Gate needs to be operational and stay that way.
Management is good with resident, I feel like they keep me well informed. I do wish we had better trash systems for the valet trash fee we have to pay.
Quiet community for the most part and very friendly people. Staffing in the office is wonderful especially Brice because he cares if you are happy or not. Overall, we also have fun and social things around us.

The office staff is very nice. I haven't had many work orders, but the ones I have are always resolved in timely manner. I have never had to wait more than a day. I absolutely love my neighbors. My only complaint is that the neither garage door has worked for well over a year and the elevators go out a lot. They are working on replacing the garage doors, so that should be resolved very soon.

Amazing staff friendly and wholesome security no noise whatsoever unless the fire alarms go off. Love laying in the hammocks and relaxing in the afternoons after I clock out from work. The billiards table is fun to do whenever you have company or to just get out the apartment, the swimming pool is very relaxing as well overall it is so far an immaculate experience.

Truly enjoy living here. There are so many events held for residents. Quick responses after putting in a maintenance request. The only down side is the gates have not worked since I’ve lived here. However the garage is still monitored especially at night.

First year I lived here was great. Since mid 2023, I feel like it’s drastically changed. Garage is always dirty. Pet parks are always dirty. The garage elevator is always broken. First year I would rain 5 starts. Now I can’t really say the same
Love this apartment, there is a tom thumb nextdoor, dart station 100 yards from the building, city night life within 10 walk, and business district is also walking distance away.

Unsafe! Garage door has been broken for the entire time I have been living here resulting in my truck being stolen directly out of the garage that is supposed to be access controlled. Mold had appeared in my apartment and management has not responded to me in days, forcing me to live in an apartment with moldy walls and floors. I am not being treated like a paying customer here despite doing nothing wrong. I am being forced to be financially devastated and jeapordize my health because of lack of accountability by owners and management.
I've been a resident for a couple of months and I love feeling secured whenever I see security nearby. They really make me feel better and I'm very appreciative of it. The staff here are friendly here and that's a plus for me.

Uncleanliness in multiple areas such as the trash shoots and in the parking garages. The valet trash is pretty inconsistent so I take out my own trash yet I am still charged a valet trash fee.

This apartment complex has really gone downhill. The carpets and elevators are dirty and worn down, but they used to be cleaned regularly. The garage is smelly and covered in trash because management removed the trash cans from each level over a year ago. There is poop in the hallways and elevators frequently. Despite having submitted a ticket months ago, my window has been cracked and unfixed. The towing company has towed my car even though it was registered. Management attitude is a mixed bag, with some people being nice and some very unkind. The garage gate has been broken for at least a year and the security that is supposed to be at the gate is rarely there. This place used to be clean and organized, but it is far from it now.

I love coming to a place where it is peace and quiet. The neighbors are friendly.
The street noise level on weekends is quite loud. I have a corner unit , with lots of windows, facing Tom Thumb, so this may also be why the street noise is an issue. Staying on the noise issue, the air conditioner in my unit makes a drumming water drip annoying sound which is very loud. It's often a topic of conversation when I have friends over it. The parking garage gate has been broken, left open, since I've moved in, 10 months ago which makes parking difficult to find on the lower levels after 5:30 p.m. All that said, the rent is quite low here, so if these issues are something you can tolerate, then it may work for you. I do have to say, management and maintenance are good.

Fire alarm goes off frequently. The front call box has been broken for two years. Dog park is really smelly. The pool is nice when it’s open and not close due to residence breaking glass.

I love the location, but it's been frustrating to deal with the front office in the past when the sirens go off regularly. There is often not a lot of empathy for residents, and some times it comes off as they are annoyed rather than ready to do their job, which is helping residents at an apt complex. If a person cannot deal with conflict or helping to problem solve, they should find a different line of work. I am also frustrated that the complex signed a contract with AT&T that means I would have to switch from Spectrum, which I love, to AT&T which I have had in the past and HATE. It's packaged like it helps residents, but we weren't even considered when this change was made, let alone warned. We got an email about it after the fact. It raises the cost, is difficult to set up, and is inferior service. It's a very expensive place to live for the quality of care & consideration we get here. One of the amenities is a gate that locks, and that hasn't been the case for over a year.

I have been in this community for almost 2 years. I did not regret choosing this place. I have a comfortable stay, quiet community, garage on each floor which my vehicle is safe, maintenance responds in a timely manner and close to my work place. I renewed my contract to stay for another 2 years.

The community has not beenkept up. When oak and Ellum opened back up a few years ago, the place was clean and tidy. Now, management allows residents to trash the place constantly. Between the trash rooms to the garage to the stairwells. It’s been bad. There is also smoking in various stairwells. I’ve seen it on numerous occasions and I am rarely home so that says a lot. And I still have yet to receive my gift card for renewing
