We haven’t moved in yet but the vibe on our tour was exactly what we’re looking for - friendly and chill. The complex is beautiful and well maintained. We’re so Looking forward to sing a part of the community.

We had a lot of problems with our apartment upon move in; however, the front office and maintenance worked to fix it quickly. We have enjoyed the amenities and the quiet atmosphere as well as the proximity to public transportation. We hope to be here for multiple years.

I like it here, I’ve had no issues with neighbors. It’s always quiet, which is a huge must for me. I appreciate the privacy, as well as the updates on the minor inconveniences that may happen, when it comes to elevators or even when maintenance needs to come check up on things, nice dudes!

As I’ve shared above the apartments at Jordan Valley Station are very nice. It is a very nice and safe community, the apartments are well taken care of, issues if any arise are taken care of quickly by the maintenance team, people in the leasing office are absolutely fantastic to work with.

Managers have been helpful, only a few issues concerning other residents but its expected living in an apartment complex. Maintaining the complex could be better but still not bad.

Have had a great time living here! Very easy. Move in was fast and has a big gym. A great place to live if you are by yourself, I love my studio!

Great community activities, leasing office is very helpful and they do take all your concern seriously. Very transparent with the rent price and what is being charged monthly. Safe and nice environment to live in.

I’ve lived in other apartments complex but Novi apartments is the best that I’ve live and all the amenities that offer is the best. My kids love the pool in the summer and twice a month they organized fun community events.

I’ve had a pleasant experience living in this condominium. It’s a quiet and peaceful place, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. I’ve felt comfortable and safe here, and I really appreciate the calm atmosphere.

Been living here for 3 years cant stop raving about everything here. Everything from maintenance to staff to cleanliness you name it the best part no noise even with so many dog no smell either very clean

This apartment is my husbands and I first ever apartment. We decided to move here due to great amenities and perks like parking, high ceilings, spacious rooms and only slightly outdated (not living in an upgraded) room. The office staff have been nothing but wonderful, and have had no issues. The only thing I feel we all are missing is having our windows cleaned. We haven’t had them cleaned since we moved in from December of 23’ and it’s been hard trying to see what’s outside. My husband and I love looking outside and seeing the mountains peak over, and looking at the grass and pretty sidewalk areas.

The first community where I felt at home. The amenities are great, the staff is wonderful, the apartments are timeless, and Novi has everything I need for my lifestyle. It really has a sense of community here! Recommend!

This is a great place to come to if you're looking for a start up and even a place to stay, there is plenty of room for yourself and a little family. The cost is great and very reasonable. The staff are great people and love to help out for getting set up. The community is a great group of people, everyone I've met has been nice and very helpful. The view and the area are great especially for active people and you have a shot trip to almost everything.

Great place to live, they offer a lot of things at the community. Always quick to respond to request, and staff is very friendly. I would recommend moving to Novi for anyone looking to live in apartments.

Great location, I believe that's what I love the most about Novi. Community is great, the common areas are awesome. The gym could use some upgrading though. Aside from that, maintenance could be more reliable, but overall its a great place to live, the apartments are spacious and beautiful, the kitchen is upgraded and spacious, would definitely renew my lease.

Moved in feb 1st it was great met with leasing got out keys and went up to our new home. Honestly I was so excited to see all the sunlight coming in from all the windows. I loved it so beautiful. The kitchen you can actually fit more then one person at a time. It's just a great place, we met some neighbors by chance and it's nice to have respectful nice neighbors for once. I can actually trust the my packages will be at my door.

I have been living in this apartment complex in West Jordan for some time, and overall, it has its pros and cons. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, and schools. The common areas, like the pool and parks, are well-maintained, and the pet-friendly policy is a plus. However, the cost of living here is quite high compared to what it offers. The biggest downside is the noise—some neighbors can be extremely loud, especially at night, which disrupts the peacefulness of the community. If noise management were improved, it would be a much better place to live.

Novi had a great move-in promotion of 6 weeks free rent and it was actually true! This was extremely helpful while moving from our old apartment. From the office staff to the maintenance workers, everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is in great condition and this is the first apartment complex I’ve lived in where I actually use the amenities. This place has been worth the price and I would feel comfortable recommending Novi to my friends.

From the moment I moved in, I felt comfortable and welcomed. One of my favorite things about living here is how peaceful and well-kept the community is. The grounds are always clean, and the amenities—like the pool and gym—are a huge plus. I also love that it’s a quiet and safe place to come home to, which makes a big difference after a long day.

Love living here. The staff are like family, they know people by name and are so helpful. They are willing to help you in any way. And the people who live here are so friendly.

I have to admit I'm not fully moved in yet but this apartment complex has already made us feel like we chose the perfect home! I cannot wait to fully move in there. The office staff is very friendly all of them, even when I called a million times they were still happy to speak to me. This was a great choice!

It is a quiet place to live, good neighbors, and it is also safe. They do many seasonal activities, it has a very good location, and easy access to the bus. There are many stores nearby.

So I'm giving 3 stars because everytime I've had some kind of maintenance issue, they would say they'd get to me the day of, but I would wait like a week and I'd have to reach out again. My water heater, and my sink disposal went out at the same time and I couldn't even get maintenance to the apartment for a week. Another thing, my neighbors upstairs are SUPER loud. I've put in complaints and nothing has changed. But, overall, the staff are great! Super nice people!

I really enjoy living at Novi at Jordan Valley Station! The community is so quiet, and the neighbors are genuinely kind. I especially love the community events that the Ambassadors organize—they really bring everyone together and make it feel like home. Sarah is fantastic and truly makes this place even better with her warmth and care. Highly recommend!

Inside apartment is nice besides maintenance, out side needs some help, the parking garage is full of alot of stolen cars or is becoming a car dealership

Novi Apartments are wonderful. The layout of our place is spacious, clean and modern. The location is convenient, there are many stores and restaurants nearby. Good neighborhood.

I'm continuously enjoying my experience here and the community that is surrounding it. It's been almost two years here and I haven't been encountered with any issues with staff, neighbors, etc.

Es hermoso el lugar el apartamento cubre todas mis necesidades, realmente quede encantado tanto de la parte exterior como el interior. De la parte exterior la vista es hermosa y tienen muy cuidado las plantas y es zona limpia. El interior aparte de limpia el aroma de los pasillos.

Over priced and they don’t tell you that all utilities billed through them add up to over 100$ and the trash pick up is a joke some nights they don’t come and I have proof we have a ring camera. 155$ for wifi is outrageous and the smart home they expect you to set up. They never actually changed filters or batteries I’ve done that on my own out of pocket.

I love it. Good space for me and my wife. I love the cleanliness. The grass area outside my apartment is a perfect spot for my dog to roam around

Very good place to live and super relaxing with all the amenities. All of the management are very nice and helpful. Neighborhood is really calm and respectful towards tenants.

The Leasing Office has been so helpful with some issues we had during our move-in. Everything is being solved in a timely manner. The apartments are absolutely gorgeous, and the neighborhood is very peaceful.

Beautiful apartments, great amenities, good location, the parking is the best because is in a garage, so you don’t have to worry on cleaning your car when it snows!

I truly love this place. It makes me feel like I belong somewhere. The place I was at previously made me feel like I was in a prison cell and with this new place it makes me feel like I’m in my own throne room plus the amenities here are fantastic. Gives me the opportunity to stay out of my apartment to where I’m not spending so much money like on electricity or gas or even water Plus being able to invite my friends and family over to hang out is a bonus as well.

It’s not a bad complex, I wish they didn’t make you pay for trash services, because I don’t even use it. A little over priced for what I actually live in. It’s a nice apartment until you start looking behind the dishwasher, and at the baseboards, if it was cheaper I’d be a lot happier here. No complaints with the neighbors. Not a fan of some of the services they do, like when someone will be entering my apartment at any given time, I wish they would consider graveyard workers more in that sense.
